What a great experience, a little scepticle at first, however we recieved qualiuty service and a great price. Would definently reccoment you use Business Class Club. All members of my party wwere more than happy with the outcome.
Was a bit skeptical at first when booking, but the service with Jaycob was impeccable. As a first time user of Business class club i can highly recommend them for your next trip overseas. Where ever you are and to wherever you are going.

After taking full payment for our Business Class flights, Jaycob completely disappeared.No response to WhatsApp messages, emails, or phone calls. The 1800 number goes straight to voicemail and no one ever calls back. Try it yourself. Try calling Jaycob’s direct line. Messagebank is permanently on and no-one will get back to you.All I wanted was to arrange wheelchair assistance for my 82-year-old mother, and when I contacted Turkish Airlines directly, they told me our flight didn’t exist. At this point I was panicking. I’d been begging Jaycob for weeks to confirm our details. Silence.After three weeks of no response, Jaycob finally called. He laughed it off, saying: “Everyone knows I do all the final checks a week before flights.” Excuse me? I’ve never used this company before, and I certainly didn’t know that “policy.” Ignoring customers until a week before departure isn’t a process — it’s negligence. What if we’d needed to change dates or fix a problem? Apparently, that’s not his concern.When I told Jaycob that Turkish Airlines said our flight didn’t exist, he insisted it was only because it had been booked by them and Turkish just couldn't give me information directly. He promised to arrange the wheelchair.Then came the real disaster.After a 15-hour flight from Brisbane to Doha, we arrived at 11 p.m. for our Turkish Airlines connection to Istanbul (00:30 a.m.) — only to discover the flight had been cancelled over a month earlier.Turkish Airlines had notified BusinessClassClub.com, but Jaycob never bothered to tell us. We were moved to a 5:30 a.m. flight, left stranded for hours in the terminal, unable to access the Business Class lounge because we didn’t have boarding passes (they weren’t available until three hours before departure).We tried checking in online, but couldn’t because the booking was under BusinessClassClub.com, which meant a one-time password was sent to them, not to us. I WhatsApped Jaycob again explaining the situation. No reply. Of course.And to top it all off, the only thing I’d asked when booking (back in February for October flights) was that Mum and I be seated together. Out of four long-haul flights (BNE–DOH, DOH–IST, ATH–DOH, DOH–BNE), only one had seats together.Jaycob calls this a “concierge service.”In reality, it’s a one-man operation built on false promises, zero communication, and no accountability. Once they’ve taken your money, you’re on your own — and because they hold your booking, you can’t fix anything yourself.Do not trust BusinessClassClub.com.Jaycob is unreliable, uncontactable, and utterly unprofessional.He lied about confirmations, ignored multiple messages, and left us stranded mid-journey.A “concierge service”? Try customer service nightmare.If your holiday or family travel matters to you, stay far away from this company.
A very reliable, professional, and prompt travel agency ! We flew from Venice to Sydney via Dubai in business class with Emirates and everything was perfect, from ticketing to seating to check-in. I will definitely contact them for future trips. Thank you to all the staff, Carlo Nobile.
