Bought rack and pinon. Website stated and boasted about their quality control including leak testing. Product arrived sticking out of box. Mechanic installed it and it leaked. $1500 labor! Replacement was received and installed ok, but had to pay labor twice = $3000.Customer service manager ignored me. She was to call, but never did! She never answered email either

Absolutely terrible experience
Absolutely terrible experience. Do Not Use this company. Ordered a steering gearbox for a my truck. Steering gear was delivered and truck went to the shop. Once there it was noticed the Steering box they sent was the wrong one and did not match the one ordered. Called and followed the procedure to have a new one sent and asked for expedited shipping. Spoke to two call center reps. One was disrespectful and a bad attitude couldn’t get her name and when I voiced my frustration she said if I don’t like it send it back for a full refund (doesn’t solve the problem and still cost me money with the truck in the shop unable to drive). The second one Joe was very helpful. Took two days to approve a replacement for THEIR mistake. The new part was shipped and it was noticed expedited so it took a week to arrive. With the truck being in the shop that wasn’t an option so a new one was ordered via Red Head Steering Gears. Red heads arrived next day and better customer service. Buy auto parts one is being sent back and hopefully I get a full refund with no more hassle. All in all they cost me money, time, and a massive headache. If you need a steering gear use RED HEAD STEERING GEARS.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I placed an order on 9/24/25 and still did not receive any tracking number or update on my parts. The status remained as processing. Today is 10/07/25, I called to see what was going on & they said the order has been canceled because we do not have the part in stock. WTF would you advertise like you have it on stock and take my money then? I asked what day the order got canceled because I didn’t get any email and they replied today. I asked about my refund and they said 3-5 business days. Let’s see if I even get my refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

AC Parts Bad Experience
I ordered an AC compressor and kit for my minivan. Parts came in....they were the wrong part number and clearly the wrong parts. The order was missing parts also. Contacted the company about returning the products. Only to hear Sorry out system is down. The system was down for 2 MONTHS???After about 2 months they sent me a return label. I sent the parts back, we will see if I get credited.

If I could give less than one star, I would!! Worst customer service experience ever… I ordered a part on June 20th, item was defective. Tried multiple times to start the return/warranty process, only to hear their “system is down..” I’ve called multiple times in the last two weeks, with no luck and the same canned response about their “system!” I’m in the process of filing a complaint with the BBB against this 3rd world country employing scam of a business.. Beware of this company
Bought a part from them and it came out defective. I did my warranty claim and now for a week straight they keep telling me their systems are down! I paid for next day air and now I cant even get a refund. Its unacceptable and very unprofessional of this company to not even have answers for their customers. I've been in a rental for the past 2 weeks because of this issue and it's very inconvenient and costly. I will NEVER order from them again and wouldn't suggest anyone to order from here either.

My experience with your website has been unsatisfactory. I will not be returning to your site. Despite your website displaying complete parts, I have received incomplete items on multiple occasions. For instance, when I purchased a drive shaft, the picture showed both ends with rubber couplers, but I only received one without one. Despite my efforts to negotiate a refund, including offering a 50% discount on both couplers, you refused and demanded that I return the shaft. I repacked the item and sent it back through UPS. However, I soon discovered another website that sent me the shaft with both sides equipped with rubber couplers, as shown in the picture. I strongly advise my friends to avoid purchasing from BUYAUTOPARTS.

These people are liars and I can't post my whole review because it cut off at 200 words however be very aware of them they lied took my money still shipped tha part after I called for a refund February 18th told me wait 3- 5 business days and I was waiting for a email for 24 hours like they told me lied and today received a email that I thought was about my refund then later go another 1 and they had shipped tha package now I gave to drive 30 miles to a UPS place ship tha mats back then have to wait for a refund whenever they decide to send it so this process it long drawed out that's started on tha 15th and now gonna take probably yo more weeks so a month which 3 representative lied to me about a refund and still shipped tha package I'll never look at this bs site again and damn sure wouldn't recommend them to anyone
