Damaged product TERRIBLE customer service and return policy
B4 you buy anything from CALIFORNIACOMPUTER.COM check out their return policy. They are a rip off and the product they sent me was scratched and looked like it had been used. They offered to give a store credit minus a restocking fee of 5% if it was returned within 5 days. Boy that would be a lot of help, I could buy more damaged crap from them. Or if after the 5 day period the two CalComp reps I talked to (JV and ROBERT) offered to restock it for a 40 % restocking fee. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKED. Never Again
