Poor quality and ripped off

I ordered a print, high quality frame and extra for the heavier hanging system. Never received the system, instead I received a .02¢ cheap wall hook.The quality of the print is Very poor. Watch who you deal with online, Canvas Prints are rip offs.I contacted them, they replied once and then I was GHOSTED. Nothing afterwards.Contacted Better Business Bureau, reported them.

Have received collages on canvas as well as several pillows. The photos were vivid. These make great gifts!

Word of caution

Word of caution. Ordered a framed canvas in late October as a gift, when I checked on the order weeks later I was told there was a machine failure and that there was no way to tell where my order was in the queue. I was told the lead time is usually 3-5 days, maybe 8-10 days, either way, it´s now been almost 5 weeks, no canvas, no status or tracking available. I have ordered the same item from another company. Any money you save with this company will cost you twice the headache.

Don't use this company for your prints, unless you want zero contact

I ordered 2 canvas prints in early October and I have yet to hear from this company regarding my order. I called and left several messages as well and sent multiple emails inquiring about my order. It has now been almost a month from the time I placed the order, with no response from them and no order produced even though they received payment. If you have a problem with your order or need help, there is no way you can contact them except by email or leaving a message with your email. I will not use this company in the future. If I could have given less than one star as a review, I would have.

Terrific Canvas Treatments for Family Photos

I have used your wonderful company several times for going on twenty years! The consistent quality of your canvasses make my iphone pictures look very special. Not only do I place the pictures all around my home, but have also found they make very well-received gifts. Here are my latest pictures with my sons who I feel closer to every time I step into the two rooms where I have them displayed. Makes Atlanta and LA a bit closer to Austin for mom. Thank you and keep up the wonderful quality work.

Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service! I uploaded the wrong photo by mistake, sent an email asking for assistance and Michele responded right away to help me fix it. She even spotted a flaw in my image, pointed it out to me and corrected it—without me having to ask her! She was beyond helpful and responded so quickly to my many emails. Best customer service ever!!! Highly recommend!

They will send you a 3rd grader rendition of a painting on cheap thin framed canvas with dull, cheap oils and make you jump through hoops, finally admitting they are sorry for the flaws/issues and offer you 1/3 of the price back. Their site is ALL fake reviews. Beware and save your money - buy US

Great customer service!

I had a problem with my initial order that was resolved by sending me a replacement canvas print at no cost to me. I found them responsive to my issue and appreciated their reviewing of my particular problem. The issue was probably my fault for not looking carefully at my proof before I submitted my order but they made sure I was satisfied with the product. I thank them for their interest in making me happy!

Outstanding Job

I can't say enough good things about their fabulous customer service. Despite the business being part of the massive destruction created from Hurricane Helene, Canvasprints.com prevailed like the phoenix rising from the ashes. So much heartache was experienced, it taking months to clean up and rebuild to get the business going again.I can't imagine the added pressure of dealing with impatient customers who seemed to lack sensitivity to their travail, though am glad to hear there were people like me who cheered them on and compassionately waited it out.It was worth it. Michelle and her team did an amazing job with the picture I e-mailed them. I got exactly what I wanted and, in fact, even better than expected.

Hurricane Helene Tried to break them, but she didn’t!

I made an order in late October 2024, unaware that this Vendor was located in Western North Carolina (hard hit by Hurricane Helene) When I inquired about the order two weeks after placing it, Michelle replied quickly and updated me on their situation. Because I have ordered from them before, and was pleased with the product and service, I was willing to wait. It took awhile for their servers to be brought back up, but Michelle kept me informed. I received my order yesterday and it was worth the wait! I will be more than happy to order again from this small business!

Money Poorly Spent

I get it. There was hurricane. It is unfortunate and I am sorry for the their loss. However, there was/is no indication on their website that there will be a delay in production and after a month of waiting, all I received were curt responses from their "support" staff and misleading emails. Their online chat feature does not work, you cannot send an email to their listed support address and how does a company lose a digital production monitoring system? This is akin to companies blaming everything on COVID in 2020. At a certain point, honesty before a purchase goes a long way. I would avoid this company. There are about 10,000 online sites that make canvas prints. Use one of those.

Fantastic products

Like others, my order was 'lost' in the shuffle due to Helene making a mess of North Carolina. Michele was able to assist and my order was put on the fast track. Prints arrived and made for an exceptional Christmas gift for a very special friend. Always a fantastic product with great service and superb customer support. Many, many thanks.

Awesome customer service

I placed my order in November, honestly not realizing where the company is located. When I hadn’t received a shipping date in a couple weeks I reached out to customer service and Michele responded quickly explaining that they had lost everything in Helene and were working hard to get back under production. I told her I was so sorry, that I didn’t know that they had been hit by the hurricane and not to worry about how long it took. After that my order ended up getting lost in the chaos but as soon as she realized this Michele reentered it and gave it a priority status and it got to me soon after that. It was worth the wait!! It is so beautiful and the quality is top-notch. Michele is the perfect example of excellent and personal customer service. I am already trying to decide which photo and what size canvas I want to order next !! I pray this company comes out the other side of the storm bigger and more successful than before.

Highly recommend

I placed my order just before Hurricane Helene hit. Canvas prints was out of commission unti they could recover. They kept me informed as to their progress. I got my print when promised and it is absolutely beautiful.
