Incompetence your name is Cardinal Logistics Management
This company is contracted by Home Depot to do delivery and installation of appliances. They delivered a dishwasher to me today and were to also install it for me. Their employee refused to install it first because dishwasher was not labeled on the breaker saying I had to get an electrician out to label the breaker first. Refused to just cut the main breaker or try flipping unlabeled breakers til the light on the existing dishwasher went out as I suggested. Then took the bottom panel off the existing dishwasher an said, you've got a raised floor I can't install on a raised floor.I DO NOT HAVE A RAISED FLOOR, I have 1/8 inch or less vinyl planks on top of linoleum. He was totally incompetent and was looking for reasons not to do his job. He had two trainees with him that he showed how to get out of doing their job. I called Home Depot even they agreed what I have is not considered a raised floor and was no excuse for him not completing the job. Do not use this company they look for ways to get out of what they are contracted to do and have on the job training to teach new employees how to do the same.
