I met with Stacy Zorn to get an estimate on new flooring for my lake house. She was amazing to work with. She listened to what my vision was and showed me so many options in the showroom. She drove to my lake house, brought tons of samples and measured the rooms I wanted done. She made sure I stayed in budget and the product we chose looked great. Everything ordered came in on time and the installation was seamless. I can't thank Stacy and Carpet One enough for my beautiful flooring!

Have found several pieces of furniture with scuffs from their moving of furniture. These are places you might not notice with initial inspection but later noticed if bending over or while dusting etc. Carpet looks fine now but better test will be over longer period of time. A few seams not so great.

Shows every footprint, looks messy all the time. It would have been nice if the salesman had mentioned the carpet would leave footprints all over all the time as the sample in the store looked fresh even when walked on.Was told the nap would come up in time.Instead was told fibers were crushed down from being rolled tight when made.

I shopped around for carpet at five different companies. I needed carpet for my entire house. I was unsure of the style and price. Sonja was the only person that really took the time with me to help me pick the perfect carpet for my house. She made me feel comfortable the first time I walked through the door. All the other companies made me feel like I was bothering them and they just wanted to make a sale. CarpetOne was not that way. No pressure, just honest opinions and direction. We are very happy with the carpet we selected and the installation.

I was so tired of looking in my utility room. I finally decided to do something about the nasty walls and the cracked concrete floors. I talked to Betsy and she had a great idea to install this vinyl flooring and a vinyl trim board. I spend the better part of 2 days clearing the room out and throwing stuff away and pulling all of the old shelving and wood trim off the wall so the installer could do his job. When I came home after the install, I was so pleased with how that room looked that now I do not want to close the doors and I want to leave the light on. It looks like HGTV came in my home. Betsy worked within my budget and everything she said turned out to be true. On a scale of 1 to 10 these guys were off the chart. I had all new flooring put in. Betsy was extremely helpful from start to finish. She came to my house to measure and after I picked out the initial flooring, helped to select a tile for the hall bath that I just love. Their installers were good, fast and friendly.
