If I could give no stars I would.I purchased what they promised was 100% waterproof flooring. They talked me into the best laminate I could get. They told me 100% waterproof with a warranty.1 year later, flooring is peeling, has nails from subfloor popping through.It took two years for them to even come out to check it. There excuse was always COVID. to make a long story short, they did not honor warranty.This is huge as we did kitchen living and dining area.Furthermore, all the thresholds are coming undone. Come to find out they only glued them down.Well, after two years of going back and forth, a rep from the company came out to check it. He finally acknowledge there was a problem, Then never heard from him again. about 6 months later after tons of calls and messages Carpet baggers called me back and said company is sending out someone else to check it out.He stated I was the floor too much and the water is the problem.I wash once a day, and it is waterPROOF. He said sorry, this is not our problem.when I spoke with Carpet Baggers, they said they are no longer working with this distributor.I took, many pictures from the first year, Marked all the spots where is was tearing. They took no responsibility.Never again.

Well done job in a timely manner and for a fare price. Docked one star because of damages done to baseboards (hallway, living room and bedroom) which were not repaired or scuff marks on white baseboards which were not painted over. Also, one big, fat dirty handprint on a wall which was not there prior to their doing the work. The apartment was empty, they got the key and did the work entirely unsupervised by us. Whether a Carpet Baggers supervisor or the sales person went behind to review workmanship, I do not know. We received no call as to the fact that they needed to repair/replace parts of baseboards or the need for paint, which we could have directed them to extra paint. Still willing to use them again, but will be more diligent on our end to ensure they repair/paint or clean up after themselves.

Overall, a great experience. I was very particular about the layout of my LVT and CB was happy to oblige, even when it meant taking up several tiles to replace them. We had all the upstairs carpet removed and replaced with LVT. Downstairs, we had cheap laminate replaced with LVT in 3 rooms and are loving the new feel and look! Justin was a pleasure to work with and his installation team worked hard and long hours. Would recommend CB to anyone!

He helped us find a beautiful vinyl plank that looks just like hardwood, only it will stand up to our dogs. The installers were the best I have ever dealt with. They came early, worked all day, cleaned up behind themselves each day, and finished earlier than expected. If you need flooring - you need to come to Carpet Baggers!!!!

You all are great at selling and the installer was very knowledgeable and experienced. It's the MOST important part of the experience though in which Carpetbaggers fails. COMMUNICATION. Thinking it's okay to not communicate with customers about when work is going to be accomplished, how long it will take, and to tell us that you're doing us a favor by installing the work days after it was scheduled, obviously means the work is not being correctly managed/scheduled on the administrative side. For me to have to be calling time after time to find out when someone is coming to my house is an unacceptable way to do business and you should have some kind of performance/process review to mange this better. It's great that you're busy with lots of orders, but how you treat me, is about ME, the customer paying. So you won't be getting repeat business from us.
