Our server J. Ciara was fantastic tonight. She was very helpful with the menu , quick on getting our food and desserts to our table in a timely manner. Will definitely go back and hopefully will have her for our server once again.

Carrabbas Implosion
Okay, here’s my honest opinion of what’s happening to Carrabbas…the same meal I’ve got over the years that had a ample helping of food which half I could take home with me has now become a serving of half that amount…and being charged a third more money…the food is good but the changes that are happening with this franchise is why I rarely eat there any longer..two thumbs down…..👎🏽 👎🏽

My favorite restaurant in the Woodlands we don’t have one near me. My anniversary and it was delicious as usual. Service excellent! Alex went way beyond catering to all our needs will be back. Even recommended a new wine we loved.

Delicious lunch at Carrabba's
My sister and I had lunch at Carrabba's in Chesapeake, VA yesterday. It was a very nice experience from start to finish. I arrived before my sister. I was greeted in a very courteous and friendly manner and seated immediately. Our server Tonya was excellent! She was professional, courteous and attentive. Service was prompt and the food was very good. I had the Johnny Rocco salad, which was fresh and tasty. Tonya took great care of us, and we appreciated the outstanding customer service. We'll be back!

Went with family to Carrabba's in Lakeland, to celebrate my mother's 88th birthday....two other restaurants in town wouldn't seat a table of 10, but this place did....food was awesome, restaurant looked clean, but what set it off was our server and her coworkers that all happily helped get us taken care of. They even sang happy birthday....thank you Carrabba's....will definitely eat there again

Our waiter Caleb was the best waiter I have had this year. He was funny and brought smiles on our face. He is the most 67 waiter I have had. My friend were dying while he was joking with us.

We came to the Canton
We came to the Canton, OH location to celebrate my son's birthday. First, I want to press the importance that our waitress was beyond wonderful. Now, with that being said, the entire experience was awful. We ordered the garlic sticks appetizer with a side of alfredo. The garlic sticks tasted like dish soap, and the alfredo sauce was the consistency of milk. We asked our waitress if this was how it was on the fettucine and she explained to us that they add cheese when the cooks use it in pasta to make it thicker. Salads came with our meals and the salad dressing (creamy parmesan) tasted like anchovies. Which is a no due to allergies. Salads needless to say were taken away. The meals came and the fettucine alfredo was cold, and the sauce was the milk texture. The chicken parmesan was to have rigatoni on the side and alfredo sauce instead of red sauce. It was 2 chicken cutlets with cheese melted on it and nothing else. No side of pasta, nothing. Needless to say, this experience for $105 was not worth it. The only good things were the french fries and our waitress was kind enough to bring my son an ice cream w candle for his birthday.

We had a wonderful experience at this fine dining restaurant. The food was incredibly fresh and flavorful, and our waiter, Josh, was one of the kindest and most attentive people my wife and I have encountered in a long time. We even asked to meet the manager, Mike, who was equally welcoming and professional. We truly want to recognize Josh for his hard work and outgoing spirit it made our evening all the more enjoyable and deeply appreciated

I never had a bad experience at Carrabbas before yesterday. It was the fault of the Bartender. I came in parched, and asked for a glass of water. He sent the Associate Bartender to get me bread and water, but the man never came back.I asked for a glass of water, a second time, and the Bartender asked me to wait again. Why wait? He had complete access to all of the water I could possibly want, and serving a glass of water is always the first things Bartenders do.I finally had to insist on his giving me a glass, rather than waiting The experience took the pleasure out of my entire meal.

Went there for my birthday ordered the combo chicken and shrimp pasta dish and I only got 3 shrimp on the plate. Plenty of chicken but only 3 pieces of shrimp. Paid too much for such disappointment. I'd been better off going to Olive Garden!

Over seasoned…
Does anyone in the restaurant check the seasoning. I have noticed how salty the food is and how much cracked pepper is piled onto the food. I got food to go and once home I struggled to eat the Fettuccine Carrabbas. Far too much seasoning to the level that it completely overpowers the food. Too much money to pay for too much salt and pepper. I think everyone there has over time built up a tolerance but Italian is a blend of fresh flavors and should not just taste of the seasoning.

Mold found in bread.
Me and my family decided to eat at an Italian restaurant and since we wanted to try something new, we decided to come here. Everything was going well until it didn’t. When the bread came everything seemed normal until the last piece. While my cousin was eating the last piece, she accidentally ate a piece of MOLD that was found in the bread. She quickly spat it out and it almost gave her food poisoning. This is utterly unacceptable for such service I had high expectations when I came here and how you guys can’t even check the bread before serving it says a lot about this place. When we were finished I felt disgusted to eat anymore since of what happened before hand. We are NEVER coming back

We celebrated our wedding anniversary and birthday today at the Carrabbas restaurant of Miami Lakes. We were welcomed and seated right away. Our server, named Valerie was THE BEST—she was very friendly (and we saw her being friendly to the other diners too).She and her fellow servers even sang to us in Italian, while we got a complementary dessert. Thank you, Valerie, for your hospitality.

This is by far the slowest restaurant…
This is by far the slowest restaurant that is currently open. The one on the strip in Belden village is the worst. Everybody does a lot of standing around and talking. I came in and ate and was there an hour and a half before I was done and then went back and ordered to go one time and waited 26 minutes in the lobby while everyone stood around. I would rather go anywhere else please stay away
