Casa Mechanical backs up their work
Casa is the sub-contractor Century Communities-Jimmy Jacobs Division used for the plumbing in our custom home in 2019. As with most builds, things went OK and many issues arose with all the subs except the roofers and the stone masons. Fast forward 4.5 years and we decide to replace the toilets in our home as Century's sales dept. did not relay our information correctly and the wrong units were installed. The sales person had left the company so no record existed of our order. On the 3rd replacement unit, it was discovered the toilet hold down bolts had never been tightened. This created a fair leak which in turn destroyed the wood flooring around the unit. It is a powder room which does not get much use thankfully. I decided to post pictures of the damage and to my surprise Casa Mechanical reached out to us. Century did NOT contact us. Joe at Casa offered to assist in this issue as it was clearly there from the start. They brought in a professional flooring person who did a marvelous job of replacing the flooring with materials we had kept from the original build. I have a construction back round and Joe went above and beyond to assist with this repair.
