Still My Favorite for Road Racing
Castelli products are among my favorites for training and competing on my road bike. I found their website to be easy to use and my products arrived within just a few days of my order.

Castelli Customer Service is non-responsive
I appreciate the Castelli products, including value for the dollar; however, the customer service is poor. My order has been lost in limbo, with the tracking number provided by Castelli not valid according to Canada Post, and my account listing my order as delivered within a day of it being placed, when it hasn't been. I've contacted Castelli customer service twice and have not received a reply, and there is no telephone number to talk to a human being.

Some days I put on my Castelli bibs…
Some days I put on my Castelli bibs just to go to the market. I strut up and down the aisles and I can feel the eyes on me. People whispering "who is that guy" and "he must be a rock star". When I am sporting the scorpion on my knee, people step aside like royalty was in the house. One of these days I might even try riding a bicycle.Thanks for what you do!!!
