90% of the beautiful ladies were nowhere to be found and most of my inbox messages were uncontactable after I paid up. What I did was I just signed up for J4Meet.com and it's truly ahead of the pack (higher caliber site with real ladies). Can someone tell me how do I cancel my ChristianMingle subscription and get my personal data removed from there? I thought I had already done it, but yesterday I got a message from my bank (they attempted to bill me for another quarter, but luckily my bank blocked this transaction).

Every single person that sent me a like was a scammer. I'm so disappointed in this site and more so, the people would use a site intended for those of faith to prey on them. Don't waste your money.

It appears they are unwilling to do anything to fix large numbers of problems with their site. - Frequent pot up says "cooking" and wait but nothing ever changes from "cooking" if you do not log out or go to another part of the site. - site is near worthless if they are not willing to fix the bugs.

BEWARE- total scam!
BEWARE! This website was legit a few years ago, but it appears it's been sold to an overseas company. Regardless of that, it's a scam as of Oct 2025. You can no longer proactively search for matches- it's turned into the time wasting swipe left or right nonsense. And even after you set the preferences of what you're looking for, the so called matches they send you to swipe on are not even close to your preferences! They are just sending you random profiles. In the first 1-2 days I was already seeing multiple profiles with different names and ages, but THE SAME PHOTOS. (ie. Elaine was 42 and Layla was 39- both had the same photos with different information.) I was also contacted by an AI profile- the photos were of a real woman, but the texts and messages were obviously AI- poor sentence structure that barely made sense. No human texts or writes that way. In CA, you have 3 days to ask for a refund if you don't continue- each state is different, so be aware of your state's laws! Some states there is no refund. I was issued a refund on Oct 1st that was pending on my account, but when I checked it on the 3rd to make sure it posted.....NO REFUND! So I am reaching out again to the website one more time, before I take the refund up with my bank as a scam. Also, when I called the 866-925-5683 number listed on my bank account as the merchant phone number to try and address the missing refund- the phone number is an AI phone service for a life alert product! Call it and see for yourself. So Christian Mingle is anything but Christian or Mingle- it's a total scam through and through!!!

Ok, so I signed up for there service quite sometime ago (non-paid member) to check it out / try it out. After some time I decided to go a head and pay for there six month membership. All seemed fine and I had no issues what so ever using there site. This was till they thought it would be a great idea to "enhance my experience" with there site! LOL Well, after that I started having multiple issues being able to log into there server! Oh and by the way there version of enhanced log in means instead of being able to input your user name and password on one page now you have to go to your e-mail server get a verification code go back to there verification page and put it in. if that was not bed enough that did NOT work for me. it would just ask for the code over again! If I put the same code in it would pop up a window asking me if I want to "leave the site" LOL if I clicked on the link asking for it to resend the code it never sent another code to my in box! Customer support is a joke! I keep on getting from reply's asking me to update my browser or my OS keep in mind there ole log in page I had no issues with what so ever! Oh and asking for a refund for a service that you pay for and can't use is a joke as well!! Seems that after three days you CAN'T get a refund!!! and to top that all off they will allow you to transfer your membership to a friend!!!!! LOL, LOL Ha, Ha. Ya let my friend deal with the very same shit I'm!!!! Well, buyer beware!!

No sooner did the payment go through . than the app no longer works. They claim they will send a password reset . I have heard that from match , pof ect. The dating sites just treat people like fools. keeping there money then there is no customer service except as a fairy tale.What makes christian mingle particularly stupid is they block you because you move your profile. my mom lived in california and I went there constantly. Christan mingle freaks out that my profile was in oregon and california. They have been paid by me some 20 times. Then again i was blocked for the profile moves. I think they must be particularly retarded.

This site is a complete scam. The majority of profiles haven't been active for weeks or months. Also most of the profiles have no bio included, these are always people who created a free account to look around but never paid for a subscription hence you can’t contact them. After looking at profiles for about thirty minutes I’d estimate only 10-20% are paid, active accounts. I deleted my account immediatly so my profile won’t become part of the con.

What went right nothing. They show you Professionals in the pictures before you sign up and then when you get on the site, it is horrible and most of them are scams and when you report it, they say that they don’t do background checks and that’s how they make their money is accepting all these profiles that are fake. And I canceled my subscription within a week, and they keep sending me these pictures of these men that aren’t real. I am sure that this is not the first time that this is what they are hearing Christian mingle and their owners if you decide you want to sign up because you’re looking for a faith based connection. This is not the place. I am not talking about any dates I am talking about platforms. I had to meet and greets and they were not anything like their profile think twice think three times before you sign up for this site you will regret it. This has been helpful .M

I met Bruno 3 years ago. He has schizophrenia and bipolar disorder and narcissistic tendencies. He mentally and physically abused me and was charged with 5 counts of assault. He also verbally and sexually abused me and treated me with complete disrespect. This man is very sick and dangerous. He appears to be charming and friendly but he is not. Please ladies do not engage or get involved with this man He will hurt you and destroy you.

If I could give a zero rating, I would. Thankfully I only paid for one month's membership. It was clear right from the beginning that this was a total waste of money and I closed my account and left after 2 weeks. I had a lot of messages from obvious scammers. Christian Mingle only showed me 4 members who they thought were a suitable match. One of these men was not in my age range, nor I in his and another was a completely different faith from me. I'm a member of Christian Connection which scores well on Trustpilot and is in fact a good site. Christian Mingle is the direct opposite of this other site. I would not recommend Christian Mingle to anyone and thought right from the word go that the people running this site aren't even trying to sort this site. This was as bad as it gets. I live in the UK.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Absolutely the worst. I paid for a month of premium and spent time on the site. I've had decent success on other dating apps, but after a month did not have even one substantive conversation with a human being. The site is flooded with fake profiles and scammers and there does not seem to be any effort on the part of the site to keep them off. Search features are a joke and the using the site through a web browser is slow. Really one of the worst apps in the world. Stay away.

DON’T USE THIS SITE
How do I permanently delete my account on Christian Mingle? I've tried doing it on my own through the site but it keeps saying "ERROR, something went wrong”. Then I've tried chatting with a bot but get no answer after it asks for my phone number. I've tried calling the phone number associated with site and it states the "Call Center" is closed due to unexpected circumstances. This is ridiculous, I want off of this site!!!

Not worth it without paid membership, probably not worth it with paid membership
There are definitely real, decent people on Christian Mingle, but they are hard to find. With my free membership, I was able to message back and forth with anyone who had a paid membership. Then, suddenly, without any kind of warning, all those messages became inaccessible to me unless I upgraded to a paid membership. I was very unimpressed with Christian Mingle for doing that.

Trash website no customer service
Trash website. Went to create a profile went through the entire process, and then receive an email saying my profile was deleted because of fraud/ suspected fraud. I never even used the website so I contacted customer service. No reply 1 month later. Don’t waste your time.
