I recently purchased the “Specialty Coffee Gift Basket” from Coffee Beanery and was very happy with the whole experience. The basket arrived on time and was nicely put together, and the coffee beans were fresh and full of flavor. Everything matched the description on their website, and the ordering process was simple and straightforward.Overall, a great purchase and I’d be happy to order from them again.
I ordered several bags of coffee which was sent via UPS.When I checked on my order, since i had not received it, it showed it was delivered with a pic by UPS. It was not my garage door. Put in a claim w/ UPS, they did nothing as they said it was delivered. I informed Coffee Beanery, they essentially did nothing as UPS stated it was delivered. Horrible customer service and they need to use another delivery service and NOT UPS. Will not be ordering from them again.
Due to a system glitch, I placed two orders. Only wanted one. I reached out immediately and was told there are no cancellations and no exceptions but they would give me the 20% on the one order (better than nothing I guess). Then they billed me for two shipping charges, BUT sent everything in one box! I tried to get them to credit me one of the $8 shipping charges. Again, "no exceptions". But they offered me an $8 store credit after I told them I would never do business with them again. I feel scammed. :(*this is regarding Coffee Beanery in the USA
