I recently hired a company and had a extremely bad experience, to make matters worst, when I signed the contract. They’re contract stated that I couldn’t post a bad review. I called Ray from colonial and he heard my stress over the phone. He sent a contractor the next day and fixed the other contractors mistakes. Don’t do what I did and pay twice.

I stumbled upon this company while doing an Internet search for terrazzo floor restoration contractors in S. Florida. We originally hired another company who did a horrendous job on our restoration project. When I called Ray, he sent someone out the very same day to give me a quote and the job started the next day. My floors look simply amazing - BRAND NEW! The contractors were efficient, polite, and do outstanding work. I cannot thank you enough.
Colonial Floor and Stone Care is an excellent company and I have made the right decision by choosing them to restore my Terrazzo. There was always open communiation and there were no surprises. They were mostly on time and they surpassed my expectations by delivering a beautiful Terrazzo floor. I can’t recommend this conpany enough for anyone who needs proper and professional stone care
Colonial did a great job. Honest, on time and I wish that every contractor can communicate like Ray and his team. He was honest about the stains not coming out and I had pitting in which not all were filled but I know that they did they’re best. Great work and recommend to anyone looking for a great company at a reasonable price
