New to Community Phone Service
I am new to Community Phone and I noticed my base voicemail light was blinking and my phone was stuck on "Contact your Phone Co. Voicemail Service." When calls came in they just "beeped" when I picked them up. Since I initially requested to disconnect the VM feature I asked if your cell tower connection had been remotely rebooted? Your Service Rep was helpful, checked it out and appologized for the inconvenience. He indicated that you were working on setting up a customer "self reboot feature" via your website. The issue was resolved promptly. ~ Thank you. (ps: but please note the phone's constant beeping is annoying !)

The didn't do a bad job
The didn't do a bad job. But after making the purchase, I discovered, that I didn't use the phone much and that they could not handle calls from businesses Like, "Life Alert". Which is someone I was interested in.

I moved from Lively - about the same price as yoursAfter asking them to stop the ROBO calls , which they did somewhat for a short time till now daily at 5 to 10per day. I hope they stop..
