False promises on services provided and…

False promises on services provided and medical supplies. Two months of appointments and phone calls and no tangible benefit provided to my mother. Most recent NP visit to her, had no notes from prior 3 “visitors” from Concerto Care. Basically starting over each time with medical history, services needed, no service provided. Calling the Orange County phone agent results in unnecessary repetition of all pertinent information, which is painstakingly time consuming. NP visits are useless without the patient’s medical history, needs, and prior visit notes. Three different employees of Concerto Care have visited my mother and all provided differing responses and no reference material from the last NPs visit. Does anyone there take notes?Done with them and this very disappointing experience.

Concerto Cares for NO ONE.

In the 8 months we were with Concerto Care, they made several appointments and did not show up for any of them. This happened during a time when my husband was undergoing heart surgery. After calling to try to get an appointment I was told I was caller number 5. I waited and after an hour was told to leave a voice mail. This happened on 3 separate occasions. This company needs to go out of business.

Walked in on my 87 year old mother…

Walked in on my 87 year old mother giving someone her medical history, doctors names , medications, and other extremely personal information. My mother passed me the phone and a person named Samantha told me she is with Concero Care , she is a registered nurse and having a free over the phone medical exam with my mother and her job was to get my mothers prescriptions cheaper. HUH??! I started asking her questions to which she immediately became reluctant to answer and saying I don't like where this is going when asked how she got my mothers phone number. She asked if my mother had dementia and initially tried saying my mom reached out to her . My mother never reached out to her and was completely confused about who she was and said they have been calling her repeatedly for the past few days which I saw and then "Samantha" said they work directly with Aetna and they are automatically assigned this Registered Nurse to work side by side with their main medical practitioner . I asked a few more questions which she had no response to and then backed out of her statement saying they work with Aetna and how she got her number. She became extremely nervous and hung up. Don't trust these people. CONCERTO CARE IS A SCAM AND HAS NO BUSINESS HAVING ANYONES PERSONAL HEALTH RECORDS OR PHONE NUMBERS. AETNA HAS NO IDEA WHO THEY ARE. We're filing a report with the attorney general and will be investigating how these scammers got her sensitive personal health information and if and where HIPAA laws were violated.

I had been suffering for 3 days

I had been suffering for 3 days. Couldn’t see my primary until months end. They sent me a nurse. I spoke with a provider. She seemed engaged and understood the severity. I suffer from PTSD so I don’t go out. I sat in my home under my desk on the floor all night awaiting a prescription to ease my pain. With my BP up and an irregular heart rate that had the nurse concerned. Just to find out the on call doctor left everything incomplete and failed to send a prescription or contact me.But I’m septic. This is why Elon Musk was necessary. But, bet my insurance was charged!

Concertocare mystery "free" medical service???

UPDATE: (4/23/25) Made first call for med advice. No response after trudging through phone menu. Direct extension proved useless, did not work. Nurse Jaime W. no where to be found or name recognized. Prognosis on CONCERTOCARE: terminal.I had a new "cost free" subscriber intake in home appointment with Kaitlyn Taylor, nurse practitioner on 17 April 2025. During that mostly medical history conversation she took vitals, explained little of specific Concertocare services and fiduciary relationships, or how it displaced or supplements current Aetna services and left. I was to receive a follow-up telephone call TODAY from an LVN as followup to what? I did receive 2 calls with messages to return her call which I attempted twice but there is no direct contact possible with this mystery unnamed LVN, personally. This Kaitlyn person failed to disclose her connection with either Aetna or Medicare. Who pays for this? NOT RECOMMENDED. So far so BAD. The $100 enrollment bonus was never mentioned. A sham promo gimmick.

Empty Promises To Sick People Who Nees Help

oncerto Care Los Angeles is the newest branch of a national company. I am a Blue Shield of CA patient. Blue Shield utilizes them to review high risk patients and help keep you out of the hospital or urgent care by doing various levels of home health care based on your risk.I could not be more disappointed in a company. They come in and promise the world in regards to the benefits the will provide ( that i drastically need). Once they leave your house, they are gone. No help, no plans, ignores communication. Also, you cannot find any names of who to even complain to. Or even an office manager's name. The only email listed is the same email list for the whole country. I've logged a complaint with Blue Shield. But if you are offered this program - it's free! - stay far away. I've never been more disappointed I need help. And now I've wasted a month talking to them about empty promises I traded finding a company that will actually help me I would do a zero rating if I could.
