I had high expectations for CreateJigsawPuzzles.com, but the quality of the puzzle pieces was deeply disappointing. The pieces do not fit well, making it an unpleasant experience for any puzzle enthusiast. While the box packaging and print quality were excellent, the poor interlocking of the pieces completely negates these positives.I reached out to customer support, hoping for a resolution. Their response was that "puzzle pieces interlock well when moved horizontally on the table," which is not an acceptable explanation. In reality, the pieces wiggle, and there are visible gaps between them, making the puzzle feel poorly made.Even after multiple emails and receiving a replacement puzzle, the issue remained exactly the same. For the price, I expected much higher quality. Unless the interlocking mechanism improves significantly, I cannot recommend this service.

The image of the puzzle was beautiful…BUT
I am working from a new sealed version. The image of the puzzle was beautiful but the experience of putting it together was not! The pieces are way too loose... resulting in the high probability that my edge pieces aren't even in the right place. I have the frame apparently together but it appears to have an extra edge piece if it truly is 18x24. I am giving up already. I almost hate to even give this frustrating puzzle away.

My First Jigsaw Puzzle!
This was my first jigsaw puzzle I've ever done, and I'm only in my 6th decade now. So, um, at least I didn't die never having done one. I ordered the 103-piece, Victorian-style (irregular cut) puzzle, which measures 8"x10 inches. They tell me the Victorian puzzles are the hardest ones to complete, but what do I know? It's the only one I've ever done. What I will say is that it was pretty difficult and took me about 12 hours. Maybe I'm just a slow beginner. I don't know. But I bought the wood puzzle, which by the time I added a tin box and the preview (cheat) image it came to just over $70. Not exactly cheap. But the quality of the pieces is superb, including the print clarity, and they fit together with precision alignment.The shipping was reasonably timely considering it came from China. It took acouple weeks. All in all, I'm very happy with the quality of the product and will order more puzzles...

Beautiful print, loose cut
The print was beautiful, and the board feels nice and sturdy. I have two problems. The printout of the image, which wasn't a cheap addition to my order is so small, it's useless. I'm using a digital copy of the image instead, so don't waste your money on that extra. The other issue is that the pieces don't fit together well, as if the puzzle was cut with a dull blade. They wiggle pretty freely, so it took a while to realize I was actually finding matches, and if I bump the table, I have to reassemble several parts I'd already completed. A snug fit is crucial to a good puzzle experience, and this puzzle is very loose.

Loved the quality
The colors of the pieces matched the picture perfectly. The variation of pieces was awesome and helpful in the harder places of the puzzle. I liked the quality of the pieces and that they fit securely. My puzzle was hard but such quality made it easier and enjoyable.
