When the website would not accept my dates for the rental, I called the 800 number to make my reservation. I had a short wait and then the call was handled by an agent named RN. he was courteous, polite and very informative. We went over all the details and he applied the discounts I asked for. Great customer service!!

I booked my RV 3 months ago and was so excited to go. 3 days prior I had emergency surgery and, besides mentally and physically getting ready for surgery, I had to worry about not going on the trip AND possibly losing the money I had paid so far. Cruise America was great and made it easy for my wife to cancel 2 days prior. They wene great, one less thing to worry about. I certainly will book another trip as soon as we can!

Our agent, Lauren, was incredibly helpful and flexible. We went back and forth about pick up location and add-ons, and she was pleasant and attentive. We just wish that there were RVs shorter than 25' in length for rent.
I have rented from Cruise America in Mesa AZ three times, so far, and each time its been a smooth experience both at time of pick up and return. And my RV has always functioned perfectly while I was on the road. Excited for my next adventure this fall!
Great services, so kind and friendly
It was through chat don’t normally do that but Colin was awesome. Answered all questions and foot our approval on the spot. Everything went very smooth. I would recommend Colin he was really good.
