They're scammers!

They're scammers!! They'll charge you twice and say it was a "hold". Poor representation when you speak to consumer services

Scam website

Scam website. Thank goodness I used Paypal. Charged me for a trimmer and never received. When I searched order number it said order cancelled. Huh? No refund so far. I paid 11 dollars shipping on a 10 dollar item. I wouldn't have normally done that but I really wanted the item. Do NOT order from here. I should have done my research before ordering from them.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service, only available by call and ridiculous wait times. Kept having my order cancelled without any explanation. Honestly cannot believe in the year 2024 a big company such as this still does not have the capacity to assist by email or chat...Useless by call, wasted 30 minutes of my time....

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Ordered replacement bowl for food processor and was defective. Second one I’m still waiting for ordered 3 weeks ago. Still in processing due to covid delays I’m told!

Poor customer service, and selling parts they don't have.

Similar to other comments, selling parts that are not in stock. Now I can't even get their website to come up. Also, their email stated that their customer service office is open 8am-8pm (without providing the important bit of information of which time zone). but calling them gets a recording stating their customer service actually is 8am-6pm Eastern. Also, the one time I did get hold of customer service, the person I spoke with did provide the minimum of information, but sounded bored and entirely unconcerned about my part not having shipped in 2 months since ordering.

Selling parts they don't have available…

Selling parts they don't have available and can't provide any proof they ever will. While they should have been more upfront with the truth of the situation, it may not be entirely their issue. I've had the same experience with another small appliance part seller as well with the same items. I have to wonder if it's not a Cuisinart created issue. Perhaps Cuisinart would rather sell new products than support old ones?

Selling items they do NOT have in stock

How can a company sell items it does not have in stock? I have called them several times now and keep getting the same answer "it's on back order". The last woman I spoke to a couple of weeks ago said "it will be shipped in 10 days". Still no item, still no shipping confirmation. I have just now called to answer my order. The lack of transparency in advertising that items are not in stock to the consumer on their website is sickening. Furthermore to not even even give a customer the courtesy of notifying them via email that an item is currently unavailable is just unprofessional and poor business practice. I see that I am not the only person now with this complaint. NEVER buy from them!!! Beware!

Terrible customer experience

Ordered a percolator replacement lid on coffee filter basket. After email acknowledgeing order placement I received nothing for 3 weeks. Finally I called and customer service rep said product out of stock ; I was never notified. Then I found exact Cuisnart part on Walmart.com with free shipping. And Cuisinart was charging me $6 to send $4 part

AVOID this company!

I placed an order for a replacement bowl for my food processor two months ago, still waiting.... Calling the company has been useless as they direct one to a web store number that leaves one on hold for hours. They will not allow you to cancel a purchase any other way than speaking to a representative at this number (meaning you have no way of canceling nor getting information on your order). How does this company get away with taking your money and not delivering the product!? Their consumer line (1-800-726-0190) is staffed with people who say they cannot deal with any purchases made in the web store, their web store number (1-800-211-9604) does not answer, their tracking numbers do not work, their order numbers do not work....Feels very much like a scam company. Avoid them and let others know not to buy from them. I will NEVER again purchase anything from cuisinart.

I ordered a product that was not listed …

I ordered a product that was not listed on the site as back ordered at the time I placed the order. Their customer service indicated that it would be 2-3 weeks before the product was in stock. It has been over 6 weeks and I have no product, no update and no response. I tried to calling customer support and was on hold for 20 minutes before I gave up. I would never order from this site. It's a black hole.

Maybe the worst customer service I've ever experienced

Ordered a replacement filter lid from this company for my DGB-700BC coffee maker. I tried Amazon first, but the one sold there is an older model with different sized holes which, unfortunately, spewed coffee grounds all over my counter.Anyway, came to the Cuisinart web store because surely they would have the right part, right? Well, no, not really. I found the right part on their web store (the newer model that Amazon wasn't selling.) It was a good price ($10), so I ordered it.After a week or so I get a call from the Cuisinart web store saying they needed my credit card number, because "it got lost when the order downloaded to their system". Wha?? At first I thought it was a credit card scam but the phone number checked out and they had my order and part #, so I gave them the credit card. Two more weeks go by, still no lid in my mailbox. :( So I call their customer service line, wait on hold for 25 minutes, and finally speak to someone about my order. She says they need my credit card number because "it got lost when the order downloaded to their system". I explained that I already went through that two weeks before. "Oh yeah, I see that now", was her response. Then she put me on hold for 5 minutes while she checked the order. Came back and said my order "got lost when they upgraded the system" but she would send it out right away and credit the shipping. I said OK. She put me on hold again, then came back again and said the part is out of stock and they don't plan to get any in more in. O_o ? Then she said I could order it from Amazon.com. She pointed me to the same lid I had already bought and tried, and knew was not the right one.I asked how that could be if they're the manufacturer. She explained that they are not affiliated with Cuisinart (even though the Cuisinart.com site is where I found their phone number...). She gave me the Cuisinart product phone number where I was able to order the right part. This time for $25. Customer service FAIL. I wonder if Cuisinart understands the damage this web store is doing to their brand.

Warning Do Not Place Order Here

Warning Do Not Place Order HerePlaced order and after 9 days no response. Called and waited over 15 minutes for someone to answer and then they promptly disconnected and did not call back. After researching I discovered they are way overpriced and their service and reviews are terrible. Do not order from this company.

Cuisinart.com and Cuisinartwebstore.com poor service

Placed an order just under a week ago. No updates beyond the initial order confirmation. Inquiries via email have been ignored. Calling their support number just puts you in an endless musical hold. Should have searched and found reviews on TrustPilot because they predicted my experience. A quick update to a few posts that I saw that said they are not affiliated with cuisinart. they are. I placed an order on cuisinart.com, and got an email back from the cuisinartwebstore confirming my order. Same customer service numbers on cuisinart.com and cuisinartwebstore.com, so avoid both sites if looking for product or parts. Sitting on hold on the phone now. Will place an edit once I get an answer. I waited 15 minutes last friday to no avail, will see how long it takes today.

Wrong Parts - Lousy service

I ordered a replacement 14 cup food processor work bowl and was sent a work bowl for a miniature food processor, not what was pictured and since there was no clear description, it was impossible to tell what you were really getting. I called to return it, because they don't have any other options like email customer service - they work to make returns as difficult as possible. I had to pay shipping in both directions to return the product, which I thought was unreasonable given the role they played in the issue. Finally - they represent themselves as being a part of Cuisinart - they are NOT!! They are not even remotely affiliated. They repackage parts so don't be fooled - you won't get Cuisinart customer service or quality. You will get a shoddy experience for the same price or more. Just order from cuisinart.com instead and save yourself the headache.

Excellent customer service

I complained to Cuisinart that the bowl for my excellent, mini blender had shattered expecting them to tell me where I could purchase a new one, but after verifying my purchase of the machine, advised that a new bowl was on its way.Helpful, fast, efficient customer service, Thank you Cuisinart

No Response

They shipped the wrong item and will not respond by email. They insist I call them - but all their phones are busy. I have tried calling for the past four days and never get a ringing phone, never a voice mail, nothing. Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely the slowest shipper on the internet agreed!!!!

It's been 20 days since I ordered by replacement part for a standard model cuisinart coffee maker. Absolutely ridiculous. I could carved by own part of of plastic faster.

The is the slowest shipper on the internet

This company is crap! They have good prices, but take forever to ship, I am waiting on blender parts for more than 15 days! They show in stock on the site, but they must ship from China! Dont order from this knockoff company ever! Waste of time, and they are not affiliated with Cuisinart, they just have the name.
