This is my third wig from the company. I am a country gal with 4c hair that does what it want to do on a given day. Chi I be tired fighting these kanks and curls so you know got to get me a good ol wig. I used to be cheap and be a synthetica gworl (which is ok to save money), but I got tired of the back of the wig getting matted or the style looking through after a couple of weeks. I say all of that to say the wigs I’ve gotten are so pretty, thick, and don’t stink! All pluses in my wig book! Girls (and my guys) try a wig out. Good sales and great customer service/communication.

Over 2 weeks no bundles for wedding day! On the website it advertised next day shipping. Now I have to spend extra money on new bundles for my special day! I wasted hard earned money for bundles of kinky straight 3 bundles and did not receive over 2 wks .im so disappointed!

Extremely Disappointed – No Product, No Refund, No AccountabilityThis was my first time ordering from CurlyMe. I saw one of their ads and decided to give them a chance. I waited almost 2 months for my order.I was told the package was marked as error in their system, and I had to track it, but it never arrived at my home. When I tracked it through the shipping company they directed me to, the tracking showed that the package was lost or stolen, or unreceived. For all I know it was just resold to another customer at my expense. Either way, unacceptable. Despite this, CurlyMe refused to issue a refund or resend the product.As a first-time customer, this was extremely disappointing. If a shipment never arrives, most companies will work with you — offering a replacement, credit, or at least investigating the issue further. Instead, I was told that once the order is placed, and prepped, they take no responsibility. Furthermore: “ Otherwise, they may restore your package in the unmanned warehouse and charge storing fees. If the package is returned or destroyed due to the overdue date, the refund will not be provided.” They just resent this same message each follow up question. Their customer service was very frustrating. I emailed for several days and called before finally hearing back from someone — only to receive the same generic “we can’t help you” response. The phone number listed on their website does not lead to real support.The product never reached me, and I never received my money back.If you are comfortable risking your money with little to no support if something goes wrong, or increasing your anxiety levels, then this may be the company for you. Otherwise, I strongly recommend ordering from a company that stands behind their shipments and treats customers with professionalism and accountability.

I ordered two wigs from CurlyMe, and unfortunately one of them arrived torn. I paid $160 for that wig, so I immediately contacted customer service expecting a replacement or refund.Instead of resolving the issue properly, they offered me only $10 and suggested that I repair the wig myself. I was told that all wigs are inspected before packaging, implying the damage could not have happened on their end. That response was very disappointing and unprofessional.I also attempted to use the “worry-free purchase” option advertised on their website to request a refund, but my claim was denied. I was told the tear would have had to come directly from the merchant, which made no sense since the wig arrived damaged out of the package.As a first-time customer, this experience was extremely frustrating. I feel that I was not treated fairly, and because of this, they have lost a customer.I would not recommend purchasing from this company based on my experience.

Best Glueless Wig Ever
This wig literally shows up ready for wear. I sprayed a lil lace tint, defined the curls and boom, wore it on my head. Didn't have to pluck , or bleach knots and literally ddnt even have to cut the Lace. Its Pre EVERYTHING

Extremely disappointed. This was my second order with this company, and once again the experience has been unacceptable. My order was placed on February 18, 2026, payment was taken immediately, and the order remains unfulfilled with zero communication regarding shipping or delivery status.Accepting a customer’s money without providing any shipping updates, tracking information, or timely responses is completely unprofessional. I should not have to chase a company for basic order fulfillment details.Due to this repeated issue, I will not be doing business with this company in the future. There are far too many brands that value transparency, communication, and customer trust to tolerate this level of service.

I love my unit!! I was able to wear right out of the box and the fit is perfect. The hair is soft and curly which is better than expected. I highly recommend CurlyMe for quality. The bonus is that it was delivered quicker than expected as well. Also love the extra gifts that came.

100% beginner friendly!
I was really nervous to order this since I’m not a wig girly, but after watching a few videos on layering and blending, it actually turned out pretty decent! The texture matches my natural pattern beautifully, which makes blending even easier. I got the 250% density, and it definitely gives a full look. I washed it twice straight out of the box (as recommended in another review), and it handled that well. It has shed a moderate amount; not an alarming amount, but expect some shedding, especially if you’re planning to layer it. I’m excited to keep playing around with it and experimenting with different styles. It’s 100% beginner-friendly! I may do a round of dye since it’s a little lighter than my natural color, but other than that, it’s great!

Really nice it can be worn right out the box.
I bought a short bob wig for the first time and I love it. I can’t cut lace or style wig however this came with all that I needed to be done. The texture is great and it is not shedding. I will be purchasing more. I would also like to mention the free accessories and the quality of the package. Well nice!

Wrong color, poor quality hair, incorrect density
I purchased a chocolate brown wig, 220% density, and I received more of what looks like a 27 in hair color. The ends are scraggly and super thin, definitely not the extra density I paid for. The hair on the ends is just bad. Very rough, hair to curl. It's body wave hair, I shouldn't have that issue. This is my 2nd wig from this company. I absolutely loved my first, which was purchased 3 years ago and was a curly texture. I'm disappointed. I won't bother returning it because it came from China. That will be a nightmare. Definitely not what I expected for $250.

I am extremely happy with this purchase!! I received my hair within a few days of ordering which was a lot quicker than I expected as it was shipped from the US here to the UK. The communication throughout was clear and concise. packaging was great, wig is constructed very well and the free goody bag was a wonderful touch which included a custom bonnet, hair clip, edge brush, wig caps and an instruction manual. the hair has no smell and actually smelled good out of the box!
