Cyprus Lettings not interested in…

Cyprus Lettings not interested in customer satisfaction, just bookings:we had been to Limnaria Gardens last September and rebooked straight away for the same apartment for this September, but earlier on in the year our booking was changed due to the sale of the apartment. We were offered an alternative apartment and after looking at the photos on the website accepted this.To say we were bitterly disappointed is an understatement, but as we wanted to concentrate on making memories with my sister after a difficult year, we soldiered on.Here is my list of things that made our stay difficult and we didn't spend much time in the apartment:Apartment E block 102, Please take a look at my photos and tell me do they accurately represent the apartment you advertise on your website. we originally booked apartment 201/E but unfortunately due to a sale after booking we had to change. we trusted that the apartment we were offered in place would be of the same standard, but alas it was not.As the holiday was important for us to spend quality time together, we didn not spend much time in the apartment as it was so dirty and we couldn't sit on the patio furniture as it was not in a fit state, so we spent most of our time out of the apartment we did report the lack of hot water in the ensuite sink, it had obviously been turned off as when the property manager turned it back on, we had puddles of water in the bathroom, and it had to be turned off again as the property manager couldn't get a plumber. It was more than obvious why it was turned off.Only 1 small outside wall light worked.Light in ceiling fan in twin bedroom didn't work.Cover off fuse box.Main bathroom sink tap leaked over the worktop when used.Bath leaked when showering.Dirt and filth everywhere, sofa cushions disgusting.Curtains stained and dirty.sink dish drainer and bowl dirty.Overall it had not been cleaned to an adequate standard for guests.The back half of the patio outside the twin bedroom was full of broken furniture, we had to move some to get the shutters open.The balcony canopy was broken and hung dangerously with broken parts protruding.The dining table inside was rough.The chairs were dirty. 3 large chairs, 1 small Childs chair.The outside table and chairs needed some TLC.The many artificial flowers in the apartment were full of dirt and dust.Should I go on?The site itself was littered with piles of sunbeds, some dangerously stacked and it was not easy to find somewhere clear to sit.We were woken early on several mornings by maintenance in E/104,( reported to the property manager) where the contractors continually propped the main doors open, were cutting marble in the lobby and you couldn't get in. They even left large slabs of marble tiles propped up overnight. Swimmers in the pool at midnight ( reported to the property manager) who claimed it was nothing he could deal with and would report to the management committee.All in all not what we expected after our last stay.This apartment had not been cleaned and checked before we arrived, no explanation offered from The property manager or the lettings agent, their only response is:We are sorry about this situation but you did not contact us while you were in the Property so we can only deal with the issues now which is what we are doing.would anyone willingly stay in this apartment in this state, the photos don't lie, see Tripadvisor for Limnaria Gardens for photos.I note Limnaria Gardens owners & residents have removed my access to their Facebook page due to my review, it would appear they only want positive reviews which means they are in denial. I will continue to post my review wherever I can.

HORRIFIC HOLIDAY

We had a horrendous holiday and stay at the Villas. My daughter ran/tripped into the patio window on arrival. The glass completely smashed cutting her face and legs. She was rushed to hospital in an ambulance for her wounds which fortunately were not fatal and missed her eyes. The company were appalling and not once did someone come to check how she was or apologise in anyway. They then demanded a damages payment. The whole horrific experience ruined our holiday and has left my daughter scarred for life. Other complaints were made about the villa that were ignored. Awful company to travel with, no regard or compassion for their customers safety let alone holiday enjoyment.

Don’t book with the company CYPRUS…

AWFUL CONDITIONS of Villa #20, Limnaria Villas (Ref: 6437)Don’t book with the company CYPRUS HOLIDAY LETTINGS!Be careful, we lost 1000 pounds!The company does not have office at Paphos and blocks your phone number.I booked Villa #20 LIMNARIA VILLAS, Kato Paphos (Ref: 6437) for whole November month 2019.When we arrived, the property was not fit for purpose as a liveable holiday let. The furniture was in need of repair, the villa was very dirty. The walls were in need of painting. Pillows were dirty and blankets, bedding and other linen was dirty. Curtains were in huge dust, moldy and the whole property was in need of an intensive clean. These were wholly unacceptable conditions for ourselves and most especially with a young baby. I immediately contacted the property manager (nobody answered till 5 PM) and asked to move to another property and offered to pay any difference, but this was rejected. I sent the report of defects and deficiencies but Company offer of painting, cleaning and repairing the property while we were staying in it were completely unacceptable, especially with a young baby. As the company would not agree to move us, I had no option but to find somewhere else to stay immediately for my family’s health and safety and I informed you that I was leaving the property. The property manager’s feedback that the price I paid (£934) was very low and that is the quality I should get was an appalling response. Director Colin Michael Hall absolutely unpleasant person. He told go to the lawyer and do what ever I want. He never returns money back.He has crime business.In according with Booking Terms and Conditions the Contract of Letting is between me as Guest and the property Owner. But we did not receive the contract and still does not have the owner Name and can't contact with him.Cyprus of Tourism Organization told me that company Cyprus Holiday Letting does not have a license for renting. Be careful!

We stayed in the Limnaria Gardens Block…

We stayed in the Limnaria Gardens Block H 001.On arriving at the apartment once we had got through the door you could instantly smell damp.We had a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment.The first thing we noticed was how dirty the Apartment was.In both bathrooms you could see pubic hair on the floor and in the showers and bath.Both bathrooms smelt of Urine.The wardrobes hadnt been wiped out so had left over hair and smelt of damp.The bedding made us cringe, the looked a horrible dirty grey instead of white.The pillows were yellow and smelt sweaty and stained.The kitchen cupboards had crumbs in.The walls have cobwebs on.A mop and bucket was left for us and I washed the floor, had to change the Water 3 times as it was black so unsure when the floor was last cleaned.The patio door runners were thick in dirt and have never been cleaned.The Apartment is in a fantastic location and the pool area and grounds are kept clean.The Apartment is equipped well but NEEDS a DEEP CLEAN with new bedding.On our stay we had 2 ceiling bulbs blow, We emailed the management company that night and the following morning the maintenance guy come to replace them so a great response.The internet code had no instructions and the password on the router didn't work.We had a lovely holiday but feel the Apartment needs a bit of tlc to bring it up to standard.Its a 5-10 minute walk to the restaurants and the little mini market on Paphos Gardens is reasonable priced which is a 2 minute walk.

Worse than anything ever experienced

On arrival we instantly discovered this was not the apartment advertised, photos were different but have been changed since our complaint but, initially given the insulting excuse "the configuration" may have been changed, really??? but they left all the OLD DECOR in place,?! The apartment was filthy ,floor, countertops, table, bedding, patio door, pots,pans, cutlery, dirty and broken was the definition of this apartment, Old dirty bed sheets (brown/beige) striped, used as throws for two odd couches.The curtains too small for the patio doors and too light to be of any use in keeping out the light to assist the A/C which was also not working in one room.After making several complaints most of which were ignored ,only a portion of our problems were seen too, Fridge was replaced after again insulting advise too "maybe turn it up or down". Toaster (looked 10 years old) was replaced was sparking and not working properly against any health and safety regulations as STILL is the kettle ,so old and cheap it has water condensation where the on/off switch is !! Dangerous. No steak knives not enough glasses or pans which were accumulated by what looked like the remnants of a 2nd hand shop,and thrown haphazardly into a dirty kitchen cupboard. The internet did not work , we had to argue for more bedding and again the insulting defence "if your only there for a week then..... " we were not we were there for two weeks ,the sheets were BROWN in colour !! Really in the 21st century BROWN , probably to hide the dirt ,which they still didn't do well. All the time remembering this was to be able to accommodate 6 people . The pedal bin was broke and also dirty to replace it less than 5 euro !! when shown to the A/c repair man for him to dispose of a filter he laughed out loud and said "oh my god" "i have seen better in the dump". The patio door would not close properly because it was off the rail and needed new alignment rubbers, 2 sunbeds by the pool !! one BROKEN!! to accommodate 6 people???? advertised (which is now changed) also. A sun umbrella on the patio that had more wholes in it than a tea bag which would leave in more light than it would keep out, and this the ultimate in cyprus lettings' ETHOS in saving money ONE HANDLE FOR BOTH MOP AND BRUSH, SO TO UTILISE YOU WOULD HAVE TO SWAP FROM ONE TO THE OTHER, 2 euro for a handle if that??!!!! This we refuse to believe is/was a family home , there was no sign anywhere of that apart from that claim on a laminated letter next to the info on the working of the internet which ironically did not work constant buffering and glitching.This apartment was thrown together by incapable inept incompetence overshadowed only by its unprofessionalism and sheer contempt for any visitors in its regard of its only goal "MAXIMUM PROFIT". The instant and only impression of this accomodation is that the letting has a "that will suffice" attitude , it is run down dirty ill equipped and let with the understanding that there is nothing to be gained from giving anything ie: a new bin, a new brush/mop handle decent bedding ,glasses, some decent cups or mugs etc etc because it would only get old or broken , probably by the expected low life that would probably rent it so , the adopted attitude is to give as little as possible (even if they complain and ignore 80% of them anyway) and then deny everything and give a rebuttle which will totally refute anything any complainant has to say by defending it by offering "EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT. EVERYTHING WAS AS ADVERTISED, NOBODY EVER COMPLAINED BEFORE ,SOME PEOPLE CANT BE PLEASED" BUT PLEASE CYPRUS LETTINGS SAVE IT AND DO NOT EMBARRASS YOURSELVES BECAUSE "........................We have all the evidence photos and videos. In short apartment 204 block k is let as a shambles , but the pity is it doesn't have to be but for the penny pinching careless attitude of Cyprus lettings.The limnaria gardens grounds are now too in need of a little TLC and really they should be gated as every Tom Rick and Harry uses it as their local swimming baths , its no longer just for residents therefore CHILDREN ARE NOT SAFE ON THESE GROUNDS. We would never again nor will friends or family use Cyrus/world wide lettings because they are Shameful.The property manager should be fired, he gives an aura that he is not there for your benefit but rather to negate your concerns ,ignore anything he decides is trivial and expects you to have the same carefree glib attitude he has.He gives a distinct outlook of "why should anything you paid for matter , the sun is shining for which that alone you should be greatful for and therefore that alone should vanquish any problems/concerns or queries you might take the time to BOTHER him with .We dubbed him MR Careless because that was how he tackled everything hurriedly and carelessly .Dreadful man with a hopeless attitude, not a good Embassador for his company, but then where would he get that company logic from but the present company he is working for one would imagine.Cyprus lettings ?! Never again that is as certain, honest and true as this review.
