I paid in advance for an interpreter…
I paid in advance for an interpreter service, and the experience was extremely stressful and unprofessional. I provided sensitive personal information in good faith. Days before my appointment, I repeatedly tried to contact them to confirm the assigned interpreter, but my calls and emails went unanswered. I only received a response one day before my appointment, which was early the next morning, leaving me no time to make alternative arrangements and causing significant stress.After this experience, I requested a refund and was told to wait 10–15 business days. That timeframe has now passed, the money has not been returned, and my follow-up emails remain unanswered.The lack of communication, responsibility, and professionalism is clear. I absolutely do not recommend this service.

Interpreter Not Provided Despite One-Month Notice
I strongly advise others to be cautious when using Day Translations.!!!!!!I booked and paid for an interpreter nearly one month in advance for a critical immigration appointment. Despite the long notice, they failed to secure an interpreter.Four days before my appointment, they admitted they still had no one assigned, and the day before, they canceled completely. This left me without support for an important legal matter.Their lack of organization and reliability is unacceptable for a company that advertises professional interpretation services. Even worse, I requested a refund and have still not received my money back.For legal or immigration appointments, you need a service you can trust. Unfortunately, Day Translations did not deliver.

Awful. I paid them $190 and confirmed interpretation services with them. The day before the scheduled service they told me they couldn't get anybody to do the translation. Not only did that leave me without a translator THEY KEPT MY MONEY. Not only do they refuse to refund me, they have stopped all communication with me. Stay away. This is a scam.
