Dont sell with @depop @askdepop, had my best week making close to $9000, then they ban me for no reason, text them with these concerns. 1, I have $9800 in my balance, so I want to make sure I will still get paid out and a eta on how long it will take to get paid out. 2 I also have orders I dropped off at the post office, with shipping labels I paid for, however I never got to mark them as shipped, so I want to find a way to sort that so I still get the money for those orders I shipped since even though I was suspended before I got to mark them and enter tracking I still paid for shipping out of my pocket and shipped the product, so if those get refunded I lose the money in my balance, I lose the items I shipped out, the packing supplies, and the money I spent to get the labels and pay for USPS shipping. 3 I have about 5 orders I have not shipped, is there anyway for me to get the addresses of those buyers so I can ship out there orders, or if not just wondering how to approach that part and if I will get the money for it, and if I dont how much money out of my account will I get. Thye send me a email saying to continue to ship out orders before I got banned, so I use money out of my own pocket to buy labels and ship the items to the buyers, then I get emails saying that items ive sold are getting refunded from my balance since I did not provide proof of shipping, even tho I expressed that concern and they told me it was okay. Now since I am suspended and cant add tracking or marked as shipped I am getting emails that buyers are opening disputes and getting refunded from my balance despite them telling me to ship, I sent them a email about it saying I have tracking for all orders and to let me enter instead of refund me and they ignored me and just sent another email about how someone else was getting refunded from my balance, never giving me a chance to enter tracking horrible service would not even tell me the reason I was banned.
The seller tried to scam me by selling a fake item… raised a dispute and listed all necessary evidence. The team then proceeded to take action and I felt the outcome was the best result
I have been buying clothing on Depop for a while. Just recently purchased a fragrance that turned out to be a fake. Depop customer service were on top of it right away and issued me a refund quickly. A reason to keep shopping on Depop, knowing my purchases are protected. Thanks Depop.
Evri damaged a parcel I had sold. I sent Depop a message and they said I was insured and I received the full amount still.
This app is great.... easy to browse and message seller or have buyers message you. Better than thread up because also has mens clothing . . And way better prices on other peoples used clothes and good way to earn a lil extra money to help out .
I ordered and received what was supposed to be an excellent condition from @carley2001 but was less than good. Graphic completely flaking off and told by seller that it’s only “5.00 and it’s gone”. Told Depop and they sided with seller photos only until I contacted my bank and threatened and would have gone to court to prove my point. Seller is a distrustful, unprofessional liar.

if i could give it no stars i would. my daughter bought a nail drying lamp thingy. they said it was delivered which it never was. there is no human customer service that you can talk to so its all email that they dont respond to. from what i understand etsy is the owner of depop and they did nothing about it as well. none on them will ever get my business. save yourself the money, time and headache and not buy from them. an ai over said that haveinconsistent customer service and potential, infrequent scams.
Had a shipping issue but Depop worked with me to help me understand the issue going on would be handled. Very kind and patient. Thank you Depop!

I cannot say anything positive about DePop.Selling items: cropping photos so that measurements are not fully in the shot.Unable to delete listings from app.Videos cropped to a square format so modelling clothing items to display is pointless.What a joke!

I posted an item to a buyer on the 15h Feb to the postal address provided to me by Depop. The buyer really wanted the item express so I topped up and sent the item via express shipping. I receive confirmation that the item had been delivered, threw away the receipt and think that’s the end of it. WRONG! Turns out the buyer/Depop had given the incorrect address and now the item is being returned. And what does Depop do? Refund the buyer the entire amount, including the shipping costs, even though the item was sent to the correct address. Meaning that I’m left out of pocket for the shipping amount even though I didn’t make the error. I’m still in the process of arguing with them but I’m going around in circles and it’s unlikely I’ll get my money back. They’re claiming that I have no proof that the item was sent, despite the fact that I provided a tracking number that shows delivery. So be careful if you’re selling. Depop will make you pay for their mistakes and offer zero protection to the seller.
I had an issue with a seller (missing item as well as a misrepresented item) the Depop team answered fast and found a fair solution giving the seller a chance to meet a resolution before extending a refund to me.
