I am recently retired and was confused about which Medicare Advantage healthcare plan to choose. I ended up with a well seasoned agent that spoke very highly of Devoted. Know that I have had this very valuable Advantage plan for a few months I found out they are top notch in what they do and really care about me, this is what I call human kindness at it's very best!!Thank you for caring so much!!Tim M. (No longer confused)

It's CVS or nothing.
If you have an OTC, you MUST shop at CVS and there are no choices as far as what you might prefer. If you want TUMS you must buy a certain size and flavor. If you want toothpaste, you have to buy Crest, nothing remotely healthy like Toms'. You have to buy their inferior vitamins as opposed what is best for your health. After waiting on a long line to pay for my items, everything I wanted was declined. So anything I want is coming out of pocket. There are no choices.

How well do we know you ?
Not many primary care physicians & specialists want to deal with Devoted ...surely they are new in Georgia but not new in many other states . Not a great job with networking with providers before Georgia launch .!! You'd think that's what they want for the general public & vendors/ providers to know ?

I dont recommend at all
I dont recommend at all. I've been trying to order using my food card, it's not working and nobody wants to help. I really wish I hadn't switched!

Did not receive the increase in ss payment was not reimbursed for dental cleaning after sending proof of payment to them. Do not do what they say other companies are much easier to do business with. Date should be all of 2025. Tom Shuler

You cannot go by their provider list
You cannot go by their provider list. Some doctors listed do not take Devoted. Some of the optometrist listed do not do annual eye exams- (surgeries only).Call your doctors to see if they accept Devoted - do not depend on the provider list.

Forced to use CVS, who rips off consumers
I'm new to Devoted as of Jan '26. A few days into Jan I started an online OTC order for supplements/vitamins but was unable to pay. Long story short: they had not entered my info yet into the system. However, in my order there were several BOGO offers and orders for name brands. I waited several days and went back, only to find that the BOGO offers were gone, as well as ability to order name brands; I could only order CVS brands. After complaining to Devoted I was told I could only order what was approved in their list, in other words CVS brands whenever possible and no freebies. I informed them that it was very clear to me that Devoted has a financial arrangement with CVS. This is just an FYI to anyone interested. With a quick search you will also find that CVS is not a well run company for consumers.

Bunch of liars
Bunch of liars. They switch your benefits around and make them unusable. Had a food and home card that came with a catalog online that you can order and have OTC and food items delivered. Well, now if I want to use that money I've got to go to different stores and scan product by product to find what it will actually buy. So essentially they took that money away because that's not usable for me.And this is to say nothing of the sudden burst of co-pays I have for every benefit that used to be free at point of service for me.

Sorry I have to give them any stars at all. After less than 1 month, I've found they don't support any of my current vendors at the rate I paid with United Health Care. For example, my oxygen concentrator was covered 100%. They don't have a contract with my current provider so I contacted one on their list. They only pay 35%.Every vendor I use has had nothing but complaints about them and are glad to hear I'm switching back to UHC.Very disappointed!

First time on Devoted ....plan…
First time on Devoted ....plan sucks....required to get over the counter items only at CVS pharmacies where prices are ridiculous compared to Walmart...1000 count of 200mg IBPROFEN at Walmart under $15 ....CVS PHARMACY same thing is $29 ....Devoted may give you more $$ to spend only $15 more but you get way less due to high prices ...and that is just one example there are many more!!!!!!

The company said my grocery card was shipped out over a week ago. Today we found out that it was shipped out today 1/05/26. As a matter of fact they said at the beginning of December that they had sent the care. Now we are trying to download the app so we can use this benefit with our cellphone. We have been on the phone for over an hour to get the app loaded. You are not impressing me with your customer service and the broker Senior Benefit Services is of no help and won't even call us back. Next year new broker and maybe a new insurance company.

I switched my medicare
I switched my medicare, we have one month to do this. They took 3 weeks to supposedly fax my doctor. i called and asked about it, they said they had faxed to, and gave the phone number, not the fax. I 3-wayed and they got the fax number and i stayed on line while she did the fax. I asked at that time for a paper form since i do not have a copy machine, she said she would mail this to me. i never got it and now, i get nothing but a run around, these cheap people refuse to mail it to me, and the one that promised to, never did, no record of it. They demand i take the email to a print shop and print it out. when i switched I had a Snp advantage plan with united health, i thought it would be simple to switch it over. if they had actually sent the form in a timely manner, it would of been. but now, it is X-mas eve and nobody got anything. i will not get my $2oo food allowance now. heaven forbid just switching me over since i was already on the Snp plan and it was devoted that did not fax it in a timely manner. I have already talked to Ohio Dept of Insurance. I had no problem when i signed up with united health, i would not suggest Devoted.

I absolutely love devoted yes sometimes…
I absolutely love devoted yes sometimes it's hard to find a doctor on the plan but I called devoted and they send me a complete list of doctors that take the plan if I call and the doctor says they don't it's not devoted fault it means the doctor stop taking the plan and did not notify devoted of this which is a problem and I'm sure in the future it will be taken care of these doctors sign in agreement and sometimes they don't fulfill their agreement but I never have a problem getting a referral I never get a problem getting something done and when I call they take their time they speak to me we talk for a while and sometimes it's not even a bad insurance it's about they understand that you know some people like to talk and some seniors are a little bit lonely and they take the time to talk to them they give you back to give back program they give you over the counter drugs they're always there to help and I find them to be one of the best insurance companies that I've ever had I'm sure there are complaints but that's what most people do they complain about everything nothing is ever good enough and you just can't satisfy everybody they'll always find a reason to complain my doctors are on it I get my things covered and for anybody out there that needs to go get a test you have to go to acumen they do not charge you to take your test for some reason when you go into a place that's on the ground and you walk in there's no copay acumen does all kinds of testing they have an MRI machine they do scans in there they do mostly everything you need done so check out acumen when you need to have a test

Sketchy and seem dishonest on reimbursements
I have been told four times my check was mailed for reimbursement (Address was verified. )However, my USPS informed delivery does not show this as true. I basically don't use rest of my benefits now as I don't believe I will be reimbursed. Their telehealth was a 5 but lack of trust lowered this rating. Would be nice to get a call and truth

Devoted Health Is Devoted to Its Customers
After six years with UnitedHealthcare Medicare Advantage, I'd had enough of their poor service and horrible communication. I am in the process of switching to Devoted Health (as of January 2026). So far, the difference in the level of service and communication between the two companies really is like night and day.I am very happy with my Devoted Health Medicare plan.

devoted give back plan
I like the devoted give back plan, the premium savings are significant. The biggest drawback with devoted is they are unable to provide good information about where to get service (x-rays, MRIs, etc.) and what they will cost. I had an MRI done this year, devoted gave me a list of facilities where my cost would be $150, but no one on the list did MRIs. It took me a lot of effort to eventually get the information I needed. I had an x-ray done, devoted told me the Cleveland clinic chagrin falls location had a $0 copay, which was wrong, the copay was $40, I’m currently appealing. If devoted could provide accurate information, their plan would be a 5, but due to poor information I have to rate devoted a 3.

INADEQUATE NETWORK
If you have a routine medical problem the plan is OK. IF YOUR ISSUE BECOMES LESS THAN ROUTINE WATCH OUT. THEIR NETWORK OF PROVIDERS IS WOEFULLY INADEQUATE!! You will spend hours with customer service who do nothing more than provide lip service. You will likely have to go out of network costing huge sums of money. STAY AWAY!
