This company has sales on, all for 3 weeks running, choka emails. My cart was buy 2 get 3 free. So I had 5 in there. $247 checkout said. Next day, WHEN I HAD SAVED THE 247, IT SAID$400!!!!!! And my heart was so set on these sunnies, I bought them. Way overpriced for non designer sunnies. And HUGE price skyrocket!!!! It over priced my each items, AND THE TOTAL. claimed free shipping, yet charged me $29 for shipping!!!!!! Very very unhappy with this company. P.s they refunded me $29au. For shipping, but the price change was dramatic ---& disgusting. Let's see how quality of the items goes..... 😞 😡😡😡

Absolutely horrible customer service. They shipped half of my first order but told me that they shipped it complete. Offered a store credit rather than giving me my money back, and after a month of going back and forth with them, I decided to take it. I just received my second order and SURPRISE! I was short shipped again. I provided all of the documentation, even the packing list that shows only one of the two sunglasses was included in the box, and they are still saying that the order shipped complete and there’s nothing they can do. What a horrible company to support.

Sometime in the past 4 years they changed. Quality has gone downhill and prices have gone up. Lens fall out of the frame for no reason. They bend if you look at them wrong. And of course prices have gone uphill like crazy. Customer service is horrible and you have to fight them for a response. Also they take months to ship. Don’t buy

I really love if I wear I think it’s amazing company I appreciate the customer service and the value. What bums me out is that they don’t make available different lenses for the frames they have. I was looking for a clear frame that I wanted to put gradient gray sunglass lenses in and it just wasn’t available in this day and age. It doesn’t seem that hard to be able to make sunglasses out of any frame so unfortunately, I’ll have to go somewhere else but if you’re looking for exactly what they Have The Price Is Right at the customer service is excellent

ordered sunglasses from DIFF Eyewear and never received them.According to customer service, the shipping address in their system was:My name 1501City, IL This is not a complete or deliverable address. Despite this, the package somehow ended up at 1501 Cherry St., which is not my address.I contacted DIFF expecting a basic response such as an apology and a resolution (refund or replacement). Instead, I was told they would not issue a refund or send replacement glasses.There was no acknowledgment of the error, no effort to make the situation right, and no ownership of the fact that the order was shipped to an undeliverable or incorrect address. For a $75 purchase, this level of customer service is extremely disappointing. Most companies would resolve an issue like this without hesitation.Based on this experience, I would not recommend ordering from DIFF Eyewear.

If I could give a negative 100 I would. This company is trash. Their costumer service was trash. They use robots for chat and fabricate information. They do not have a person to contact, as in a human, to speak to - not in phone or chat. I ordered 3 pairs of glasses on Nov 28 and was never given tracking information till asking for it almost 2 weeks later. I understand the holidays are crazy for productivity but this was ridiculous. On Dec 16 I was notified that one of my glasses was out of stock and I had the choice of refund or exchange for another pair that was in stock. I was confused because if something was already in transit, why would my item be out of stock for exchange or refund. I was told that my quote out of stock item“ was already shipped but then in an other email to follow up with this question of what was going on. I was told that it never was shipped, but it was actually lost in transit. So this company has no idea what the heck they are doing or even talking about so I highly recommend not purchasing from this company, unless you find it in a store.

Unexpected duty fees! $60 total for shipping to Canada
I was unaware I would be charged an additional $32 for duty fees when I already paid $29 in shipping AFTER a $180 order. I understand I live in Canada but $60 for shipping is outrageous, very disappointed

Unfortunately, My package was stolen from my steps and Diff eyewear refuse to do anything about it. After several ignored emails, they will not resend them or refund me my money. They claim to be for charitable purposes, but they could care less that I lost over $100. Shame on Diff Eyewear!

I have previously purchased some beautiful Glinda glasses and fell in love with them, but was craving more and had my heart set on the same frames but with specialty lenses without a prescription. Only ordered one pair of sunglasses…
Only ordered one pair of sun eyeglasses. Noticed a few hours later I was being billed for two pair. Tried to see if I could delete other pair did not see a delete or cancel order. Contacted customer support and received a message the other pair could not be deleted but can be return. Items have not been shipped yet do not see why the other pair could not be deleted and removed from my charge. Do not see a customer service phone number. There is a restocking charge for returned items.
