High quality assistance and developer friendly services!
What i loved about Digital Ocean is the great costumer support and human based assistance, unlike another Virtual private server services, that i did not have great experience when it cames to solving, responding, and providing assistance in time when a costumer needs, some would take days to get back and forcing a costumer to upgrade and pay plans for quality assistance, but D.Ocean provides it for free!When we host services in private servers, that means we need and expect the provider to be there and to be eficient to us, and Digital Ocean has made it simple.Can't forgot to mention the developer friendly services that makes us feel comfortable and home, balanced pricings, zero engress fees, greatly secures our servers by providing robust security integrations, and a vast documentation guidilines. The learning curve is great!
