No entry if you are blokes two or more
I’m writing to express my disappointment regarding our experience at your establishment on the nights of 12th and 13th September.On both occasions, my friend and I (two males) were denied entry by your door staff, who stated that entry was restricted to mixed couples only. However, we observed that groups of women were being allowed in freely, which raises questions about the consistency and fairness of this policy. If this is still an active policy, it feels outdated - decade out of date.Additionally, the conduct of one of your door staff was concerning. He approached us with noticeable arrogance and attitude, seemingly emboldened by the presence of his colleague. While we remained polite throughout, the interaction felt unnecessarily hostile. Several patrons nearby recognized me and mentioned my background as a two-time European Jujutsu champion, which seemed to shift the tone slightly—but that’s beside the point.We left without further issue, but I felt it was important to raise this with you directly. Policies that exclude based on gender composition, coupled with dismissive staff behavior, can damage the reputation of your venue. I hope you’ll take this feedback seriously and consider reviewing both your entry guidelines and staff training.

The bishopsgate venue full of flies.
The bishopsgate venue was full of flies, including one in my drink! When I pointed this out to the staff he started spraying fly spray everywhere which literally choked us! Unbelievable. We hadn’t booked anywhere else otherwise I would have left straightaway.

Terrible company rude staff on the…
Terrible company rude staff on the phone.Had the option to cancel tickets via email which I did and was then told my refund would not be processed and my tickets will be resold for profit…What kind of robbery is this?Why give the option to cancel but not able to refund.
