This company does not refund parts that fail within a year.Ordered new part under warranty and fronted money. I got the part, but have not gotten a refund since July.This used to be a good company but may have been bought and is sliding downhill.Get your stuff somewhere else. you will sleep better.
DONT BUY , DONT BUY, We got a tracking number and a list of items that where supposedly ship. We got half of order. The other half is in Bayonne, NJ UPS hub, most likely lost. I contacted the company to file a claim with UPS and send a replacenent but they ckaim there ststem is down for over a week and they can't process the claim refund or replacement. Meanwhile I'm stuck with my problem. I don't have the part I ordered or the money I paid this people.
Terrible service and even worse product quality. Getting the right part is at best 50-50. And you're charged to return the faulty parts per label. My experience with an A/C compressor for a 2014 Chevy Equinox convinced me that this company is a fraud. One can only imagine how many customers are screwed over by these people. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK
I order an AC Compressor for my 2010 BMW X5 x30iDrive...... I originally ordered a unit that would fit a 6-groove pulley, they sent me a unit that would only fit a 4 groove pulley. Obviously would throw off my timing for the BMW and it would not work. I emailed, called, everything on several occasions to get the correct part. NOTHING. Not a thing back. I tried disputing this with my credit company, but Discount AC Parts spoke with them to the point it could go through. I have all of my documentation proving I went every avenue to get this rectified, and they did nothing. Now I'm out $400 because their customer service is horrible, you can't understand anyone on the phone, and they never respond to a sales email. I'll be filing a consumer report with my state and the federal agencies because of these deceitful practices.
Well I received all the parts in a timely manner.. didn't have them installed until 11/14/ 2024 by Caporale Automotive,didn't know I had to order a evaporator core so that was a little pricey.......hopefully your warranty stands behind these parts for the next two years without any hidden issues.....everything is working great " ice cold air " Thanks Much!!!

I did not receive the full order.After three calls explaining that the full order was needed in a couple of days,I informed them that I wanted a full refund.I returned the piece that I received and it took a couple of weeks before the refund was
Dishonest! Marketed parts leading customer to believe are U.S. made but they’re Chinese.I pointed out I could’ve bought the same part for half at two other sources but chose them because they lead you to believe you will be getting U.S. Made part. I demanded a partial refund to match the others. DiscountACParts is Discount Auto Parts. They totally ignored me when messaging on their site and several emails! Terrible when Americans are treated this way in America with American companies! Legal means are now in play.email me for proof!

Ordered a/c compressor kit. Easy to purchase online. Delivered earlier than expected. Can't beat that!

Bought a complete kit for my truck about a year ago. The drier was different size from the factory piece, so it did not fit in the holder. They sent an orifice that is supposed to go in the condenser before installing the lines. My truck has the orifice in one of the lines, so the part was not needed and ruined the new condenser. I bought a condenser to complete the installation. The system worked for about 10 month and the compressor quit. The links on the website to the warranty claim forms are not functional. I reached out to the company twice and have yet to get a response. Just an automated email from their automated system that my request is being processed. I purchased the 5 year extended warranty so it should be covered, but after two weeks the company is non responsive. Spend a few extra $ and buy from someone more reputable.

Received a defective item and contacted Discount AC Parts immediately. They offered a free replacement, however they did not pay for shipping the defective item back to them because I'm in Canada. I will also have to pay the customs duties and UPS brokerage fee, again. So, I have to pay extra $76 for the seller's mistake. That said, the customer service was responsive and friendly.Update after receiving the replacement: Don't know why, but it turned out that I only had to pay for shipping the defective item back, but not the customs related expenses.

The ac parts seem good, the expansion valve block was not machined right so I couldn't use my pressure switch and had to jump it.Well see how the parts hold up.
They sent everything I needed to do the job. I wasn't even considering changing the receiver/dryer until it arrived with the compressor. PAG oil and replacement washers, all at a great price. And the A/C is blowing cold!
