We had a horrible experience. Tracking kept saying our order was "pending" for about a week. Finally Displays2go realized our initial booth display was lost in the mail. We had to have a second order rushed shipped from China. When calling, there was a constant carrousel of customer service reps. Some customer service agents were helpful but others were not (lied and said products were from Massachusetts or generally didn't have a very helpful attitude.) Finally the second order shipped but then DHL had to hand off to USPS and package got further delayed. All said, we only have 1 of 2 packages received and are missing our window to ship to our trade show. Displays2go needs better shipping solutions. I wish I had gone with another company, so many of these backgrounds are all the same and there are plenty of vendors to choose from.

The hat rack was shipped and received in a timely fashion. I am concerned the hat rack is very skinny, it won't hold heavy hats with lots of people trying to look and turn the hats. Thank you for your services.

I received my table, but it was damaged. This table was for a trade show and thankfully was covered by a cloth, but it was cracked in multiple spots. I saw other reviews with the same, but needed the table.**EDIT**- Their team was very responsive and quick with rectifying. Upgraded the rating to a 4.

We went to re-order a new booth with our old vendor, and found it was discontinued. Found the exact same one as before with Displays2Go. Very happy with proof time, print time and delivery. I also LOVE that for 2027 if we need a new background, we can order just the fabric part, we don't need to buy the entire frame setup.

My first order my podium came with the artwork engraved. My second order, they sent a beautiful frosted podium with the artwork on a pice of plastic to stick on the podium. I was not happy with the shortcut they took. So, make sure you specify exactly what you want.

Quality is ok, but a challenge to load w/ only one handle.
The construction of the case material is acceptable but the two hasps are not the best quality and there is only one handle in the removable lid. There really needs to be a second handle in the base for easier loading / unloading.

Disappointing Solution
Company- Proco-LLCWe have purchased several templates in January for the clinics we operate in Metro Atlanta.Perforation is a problem and does not easily remove.Printing is also an issue as we are having orientation issues that are off center with the template and sometimes even print beyond boundaries.We were told that there are no refunds on anything ordered after 60 days and also that we need to buy acetate and cut them ourselves. Weak solution for a loyal customer!

My 12.5”d Sit Stand Laptop Workstation is very solid and as I expected/hoped. It takes a bit of effort to adjust the height, but this seems necessary since it is (appropriately) heavy and solid. Ordering and on-time arrival were smooth.
