Excellent quality
I ordered a cross stitch from this company. They kept me informed on the delivery status throughout. The item was well packed and the quality of the goods are brilliant plus the pricing is good value. I had a small issue which I emailed them about and it was resolved very quickly. I would recommend this company.

Outstanding Customer Service
The customer service is second to none. The response time is excellent and go the extra mile to resolve any query. It’s really easy to just message the team and to get an actual person rather than a bot. Lead times for products are also reasonable, especially delivery to the UK. Three months ago, I bought a cross-stitch kit with a Mario Bros pattern. As I progressed with the embroidery, I realized that one of the thread colors was insufficient. I contacted the store to ask if they could send me more of that color, and to my surprise, they not only sent me the thread I needed but also included extra threads of all the colors in the pattern, just in case I faced the same issue with another color in the future.This speaks volumes about their amazing customer service. It’s a pleasure to shop from a store that truly cares about its customers and makes communication so easy and pleasant. From the bottom of my heart, I thank them and highly recommend everyone to buy from Diyhometown. I will definitely shop here again!

I wasn't sure if it was a real site at first. especially since there were so many products to choose from. i ordered 4 and got one free and theyre amazing. they arrived within two weeks. theyre really good quality and the sets have everything you need. Even when you aren't good at embroidery, the explanation and tips are very clear. i will definitely order again. this site should be more popular
