Double billing, useless webpage
They send you bills 6 months after your ER visit, and send you again even after you make the payment. The website balance query for their bills returns empty fields (no info on the payment made nor any outstanding balance). Hard to imagine how such a company could be operating in 2022. No wonder they are rated F by Better Business Bureau.
