Scammers!!
Scammers!!! Their communication was severely lacking at best. I had to hound them to get a driver assigned for pick up for two days. Then the morning they were supposed to pick up my car, they tried to charge me over the quoted price. When I said no, they cancelled my driver and left me hanging. No delivery for you! Very unprofessional bait and switch conduct. As a matter of fact, this was the second company that did this in a 3 day time period. Now my husband is probably just going to drive to get the car himself. Whatever you do, avoid this “family owned/Christian based company”. Their lack of integrity would make even Jesus sad. Edit:I was not booked with four other carriers. One other carrier pulled the same shenanigans you tried to pull. You were rude the two times you answered the phone on Saturday when I called you for 10 seconds each. No one called me on Sunday. I never even spoke to you on the day of pick up to “go ballistic”. You texted me with poor grammar and no punctuation asking for more money. When I said no you cancelled me through a text message. And my car was never being picked up from Carvana. (Maybe pay attention to detail)JR and Kelly are unprofessional. Please run!!!!

Diligent, Dependable, Courteous, & Fair $$
I needed to get my 96 Rover Mini moved from VA to CT, and unfortunately(or fortunately) the two prior transport companies I contacted both flaked. Given its' small size, it had some 'special needs' regarding its transport, for which Roy was quite understanding and extremely helpful. The price he quoted was very reasonable and as Door To Door is both a broker and a carrier, they are better able to dictate how to best serve your transport needs. Their communication was solid throughout the process; the vehicle was picked up in a timely manner, and was delivered safely and unblemished to my door...as the name suggests. Very likely my 'go to' for any future transport needs. Thx

Very efficient and excellent experience!!
Roy worked extremely efficiently at the last minute to get me a carrier that was able to pick my vehicle and deliver it in record time at a very acceptable price. He stayed on top, calling and asking for options. Definitely worked hard to get me satisfied and my problem resolved. This says a lot from a company and their commitment to customer service. Thanks a lot and will definitely consider Door to Door Transport for any future auto transportation needs.
