Slow shipping. en-countered a few troubles with shipping. An unnerving experience at times especially when you cant track your item; some bug wont let you see tracking info when using other couriers other than DHL. Products are good quality and is better than some other companies such as eforchina
Yes, they have low prices. But there are stories all over the web about people who got the wrong part or a broken part and customer service would never resolve it. They ignored my complaints on their store complaint form until I filed a complaint through Paypal, which they promptly denied a refund for. Then they strung me along with nice words by customer service that they would be happy to issue a replacement, if I would first send the part back. Of course, the Paypal complaint would officially expire in that time, but they seemed quite friendly. $10 shipping to China later, they didn't respond for weeks. Every time I have to contact them and wait and wait. They started claiming that the part wasn't done with repair yet. Who actually repairs a GBA SP LCD screen? Finally they start claiming that the part I sent wasn't from their inventory. And they have the audacity to suggest that if I sent them the repair money, they could repair my part and send it back. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me. Cheats and frauds. Don't waste your energy with them, as I have.
