After care Customer Support Awful
The kids love what they have now but kids are Kids. The instructions gave 8 hours to assemble took me two days 4 hours to make out the instructions and work out the screws and timber. Timber quantities outlined in the instructions were not what i was given and now that i am asking them to send me the additional wood they want me to pay the shipping costs. What's very confusing is that depending if the wood on 9cm or 9.5 cm wood get different quantities. The instructions have two different designs in them to add to the confusion and the measurements at times are left to ur own discretion. In all would not recommend as difficulty is to high unless you have wood work skills. And customer care in none existent. I guess there is a reason they are cheaper than others not always best to go with cheaper option. i get the service u pay for. but very very disappointing

DO NOT buy unless you are a carpenter.
I ordered a swing set and tower for almost £700, I waited 7 weeks for delivery when the website said it would be 2 weeks! On the day the set was due for delivery two guys turned up and dumped a load of timber on my drive and two boxes. The instructions are shocking, the images of how a part should look once it is assembled looks nothing like the finished article. I should of know when I saw that one of the items you need for construction is a saw! Why? Surely all the items are made to measure.. That was my first mistake, nothing fitted as it should and had to be cut to fit, the boards were not pre-drilled something I have never experienced and on the subject of the boards most if not all had splits in them and were warped. Two days later and its up. I am sure our Grandchildren will love it but quite frankly it looks awful.DO NOT buy this unless you have good carpentry skills as you will not be able to assemble it.

Missing slide
We’ve just taken delivery for our jungle gym and it came without the slide (main part) and we now have to wait another two weeks!! Feeling extremely frustrated and upset.

Happy customer!
So happy with the nomad play tower for our small garden. Delivery was quick and efficient. I was a bit intimidated before constructing it, but it was a great project, and straightforward provided you follow the guide and recommended tools to the tee. Our 2yo is absolutely delighted with it (as are we!) - it will provide years of entertainment for many years.

Homemade Christmas
I purchased the products from Eastern Jungle Gym as they appeared to be of a better quality and sturdier for the construction that I needed. After all this is to be a handmade gift - with the help of Eastern Jungle Gym- for my grandchildren. A previous metal swingset that I had purchased they quickly outgrew- the twins were born- and it did not hold up to the ravages of the Florida moisture. I have not yet begun to construct the new swing set as I am still in the process of procuring parts. My only concern is that I am forced to find plans from other sites. It would be nice to offer schematics and cutting diagrams for those who want to DIY.

A little disappointed, but the kids are happy
Instructions are horrible, they're black and white and basically like a photo copy. A lot of typos, there were part numbers that didn't even exist. Had the add on wood roof and add on bottom clubhouse. There were no instructions for either. I had them email to me. And printed them out, in color. Which made it a lot easier to follow. A lot of the wood was warped. Roof supports didn't line up correctly, so the cap doesn't sit that well. It was delivered in like 9 boxes on a flatbed, 2 guys with a small hand cart that was about 1/4 the size of some of the boxes. And I had 2 roof pieces come cracked. I called up and they said we'll send them to you no charge but we'll need a cc# to charge you $20 shipping. Really!?! I spend $6,000 on a wood swing set with warped wood, bad instructions, missing instructions,missing bolts..... Forget it, you got enough of my money, I had to glue and clamp with construction adhesive. All said and done, it is an impressive set and my kids love it, but I'm not too sure if I would recommend this brand. Which after seeing ours, we have some family and neighbors who are thinking of making the investment on one of their own.

Truly satisfied
Awesome company that backs its gear 100%! I bought accessories for a jungle swing set to up grade the items for my grandson. He really enjoys the jungle swing set! Excellent climbing wall, slide, rope ladder, monkey bars, ring set, swings, and cargo net! All these fun and safe items hold my 200 lb weight too!

We love our Eastern Jungle Gym product!
We purchased a pair of the swing set brackets, along with swing hangers. We used 10 ft 4x4s for the legs, and a 12 ft beam across the top. We put 3 swings on it. The swing set was easy to build and is very sturdy. Most importantly, our girls love it. We definitely recommend the products!!

Great Product, Website & Customer Service
We recently ordered a replacement tent cover (roof) for our playscape as it has endured six harsh winters and even some hurricanes in the Northeast. I was able to determine the replacement tent's size by watching a video on the website. I followed up with a call to Customer Service who were very helpful and placed the order for me over the phone. Easy to replace and we are ready for another six years of fun.
