bike with defect shimanow- now help
Aboult amazon I buy a bike, but with problems on the "Shimanow". First Eden send "nice"letters but they dont help. They want that I send back the bike and get it only back by money it they decide the bike is ok.The Part to repair cost Eden only 5-15,- € but they dont want to help. See also same experience from other buyers
