Amazing...
I have used elf skincare for a few years now but have never bought directly from them, after reading all the reviews I was a bit sceptical but from ordering to delivery everything was quick and easy and delivery was right on time. Thanks elf.

I received elf vitamin C & E =Ferulic…
I received elf vitamin C & E =Ferulic serum used yesterday morning (11/16/2025)...within 10 minuets my face and neck started to burn and blister...I immediately washed my face off but it was too late my face and neck stilled burned and still are red today...i have used vitamin C &E before but never had this reaction...I wish to return this product and get a refund......think I will have to see a dr tomorrow if not healed.........thanks Fran Kelly 215 Griswold Hills Dr Newington Connecticut 06111 860-471-3673..dated 11/17/2025

Morally Bankrupt Company
I used to buy all my eye makeup and skin care products from ELF. Not anymore. They have partnered with renowned misogynist Matt Rife, a man who thinks domestic violence is funny. Any company who would partner with a person of such low quality and morals is not worth my money.

Affordable Clean Skincare
Great, clean products at an affordable price! I first bought at Walmart, then direct from the company. I'm obsessed with the Holy Hydration skincare, especially the Hydro-gel Moisturizer, eye cream, and Night Cream. I previously used Arbonne, which was also clean, high quality ingredients, but much more expensive.They ship fast and I think it was free.

No order and no money
I placed an order the first time they forgot to include my housenummer. After a long time of mailing back and forth they told me that I had to place the order again. And the second time I made sure i included the housenumber but again they dit not take it. So I have right now 2 order that are at the delivery station I contacten elf and the delivery company and both they told me they can’t do anything about it. I got 500 points for the inconiniou and my money is still by elf

This is a FRAUD company!
This is a FRAUD company!! Be aware!I made an order from Austria 2 weeks ago. Not only they charged my card TWO TIMES for some unknown reason, but also, the delivery never came!! The tracking shows that it was delivered yesterday, but I didn't receive ANYTHING. On the official website pf the courier, my tracking number shows nothing. In my ELF account on the official website, there's no order history all of a sudden hahahah! I wrote them several times about double charging of my card - at first they answered that I should allow up to 48 hours after the order was shipped to get a return. How many hours do you think passed since 30th of May? (today is 13th of June) - NO REFUND! No delivery! No answers from the support any more. COMPLETE FRAUD! Avoid this company!!!!

Her name is Jojoba Notanelf.She has been using Rare Beauty for all her life, but then one day ELF came to her house and asked her if she would like to become a professional model for them, as she was the "PERFECT candidate."The last time I saw her was when I visited Matas yesterday, as they still use her face. I sent them an email, asking if they had any idea where she was, but they just sent me a PR Package... with her bones... :(NOT funny. 😤😤😤😤DISCLAIMER!!! THIS IS FOR SCHOOL PROJECT PURPOSES ONLY!!!!!!! I don't get the bad reviews for legit…
I don't get the bad reviews for legit products. I first used the elf halo glow liquid as a glowy foundation before setting and I ended up buying elf skin care because I loved how glowy my complexion turned AFTER washing off the product. Their products not only do what they're supposed to but improved people's skin. For reference, my skin is dry and acne prone, and the product did not break me out and did not dry me out but literally made me glow. I wouldn't have bought the skin care line if I had a negative reaction. I even looked up the ingredients in the halo to better understand what happened and it's full of skin care. Later, I also ordered stuff online (I originally bought halo glow from Target to get ready for a wedding) and my things did get delivered but I do understand why people feel like it takes forever because they usually send the products out after two days. Nevertheless, the do arrive and there is an option for express shipping so I'm not holding it against them because I get that it must be difficult to keep up with demand. Overall, I give them 5 stars because I'm impressed.

Sticky Heavy Lip Gloss Lacquer
I recently purchased ELF’s Lip Gloss Lacquer (20) in various colors for an all women’s brunch. The lip gloss lacquers are heavy, sticky and uncomfortable on the lips. Also they contain peanut oil; those with peanut allergies be careful. All of the lip glosses are company sealed so return of unused items should not be a problem. Well, it is a problem, ELF will not accept returns; mine you they are all sealed by the company. I do not recommend the ELF lip gloss lacquer because of its strong sticky and heavy finish on the lips. It does not have a light finish like a lip gloss lacquer.

Sent me products from 1 - 3 years old by batch code. Customer service replied it doesn’t matter when they were made, I should go by the symbol on the box.Lip balm smells rancid, no customer service whatsoever. The fact that they’re shipping old stock probably means they’re not doing too well. Best to avoid them.

It's my second order and with the first everything was okay. I liked cosmetics so decided to try more. The main item was a sunscreen and to get a free delivery added some other stuff to try. Parcel arrived in 8 days which is very pleasant but...there was no sunscreen in it!!! So I wrote on Contact Us page and via emails - no response at all!!! Will I buy from them again? I dont think so :(

I wanted to share that with you and also I needed some other eye cream and I buy my elf cosmetics always at my CVS they just recently took the little section and they sell it and I was so excited cuz it's convenient for me. I needed to get some under eye cream and I said let me give this a shot so I bought yours and I have to share with you it is absolutely wonderful it's the best thing I ever tried I love you lip glosses your lip stains everything I think I bought just about everything that you sell from bronzer and your brushes everything I could probably open up a store here.. I tell you a quick story my girlfriend always goes to Ulta to get brand name items she orders from Amazon top notch stuff medicube and you name it she buys it she always tries to introduce me to it and I thought no I'm fine with elf. I also love you holy hydration the hydrogel moisturizer excellent item and the makeup melting closing bomb top notch I do have to say your brushes I can go on and on but I wrote enough and I think you get the gist of it. I just wanted to thank you for always making things so convenience permanently disabled and I'm not I can't work and your items are very affordable so I love that. I know the customers are always ready to give you negative reviews. But I thought let me give you one positive. So once again I thank you Oh and I'm writing to you from Delaware in case you wanted to know. So thank you and keep up the good work everyone in the company.
