The customer service team is always absolutely amazing and wonderful. I very much appreciate the human centered approach to customer service and that the messages that I received feel like they’re sent from real people who actually care about what services they’re offering and care about me as a human.
There were some issues with my package that caused a significant delay. Luckily, customer service responded very quickly and took immediate action to solve the problem. They were friendly, understanding, and kept me updated along the way. Even though the delay was unfortunate, the way it was handled made a very positive impression on me. Great support!
I recently ordered the Venus set. Unfortunately the size I ordered did not fit properly. I am a Medium through and through. However, the sizing guide on this site did not account for anything other than bras and panties. This particular robe happens to be fitted, which would be helpful to note in the description, since this particular item did not fit. Jezza, the customer service agent that I was corresponding with explained to me that I could definitely exchange for size. However, I would have to pay for the return shipping since that was their policy. She apologize for not having sufficient sizing information for this particular item of clothing. Regardless, I would still have to pay the shipping. Not too happy about that and that’s the only reason they have four stars instead of five.Customer service was excellent. Responded very quickly helped me to resolve my issue. About the product, gorgeous absolutely gorgeous. I was a little hesitant in purchasing until I checked out Trustpilot and I saw that they had a good track record. It was rather expensive at least for me considering that I’ve had some pretty bad experiences with different online companies that are advertise on Facebook particularly.

My experience with your customer service has always been amazing ! I had an issue with a box "The Empress Box" that never arrived due to postal worker strikes, and your customer care team was incredibly helpful. I never had any trouble getting in touch with someone from your company, and every time, whether it was about sizing or delivery, you were always extremely helpful and genuinely kind. I wish more companies were run the way yours is, because you treat people kindly. Thank you for everything.

I was excited about a full set of lingerie that caught my eye. I ordered it, and everything was great until 9 days after I ordered it. The order was inexplicably delayed, and when it finally moved (after spending at least a week in an entirely different state), it was sent to the wrong address. I have offered proof that it was not on the part of the post office or myself. Now I am out almost $300, I'm being ignored via both their customer service email AND the help chat on their website. I am going to look into getting my credit card to refund this, because what should've been just a treat has become an absolute chore.Edit: I am letting my dispute with the credit card company go through. All of the responses I've gotten are incredibly sterile and copy/pasted, feels more like an AI chatbot than an actual human. Not to mention, all of the responses came at once, well after I reached out in the first place. Upon further investigation, I am feeling like I have dodged a bullet with this company, as there's reviews going back years about the quality versus the price and the absolutely mind-boggling delays in response from customer service.

I had an issue with the sizing of a corset that I purchased in a set years ago. There was no option to choose the sizing of the corset, only the corresponding bra and g-string. This oversight was disappointing and led to me being unable to wear the corset, especially at that price point. I reached out to customer service with no expectations. I didn't think any would come of it; yeah every brand has "customer service reps" but would they really do anything? I figured I'd receive some dismissive, copy-paste response in return or better yet, an automated response. Still, it was a significant amount of money and if the worse that would happen was a lackluster response, I could easily write this brand off and never shop with them again. Let it be the last time I try an unknown brand and stick to the mass produced, big name brands or save up for the luxury brands. Little did I expect such a responsive and proactive associate by the name of Jezza to answer my complaint.I truly respect her patient and dedication to working with me to ensure that I was 100% satisfied with the resolution. As someone who's worked in customer service themselves, to be on the receiving end of such incredible service, I truly see what a difference it makes. It was not just about a product, it was about womanhood. I was treated with respect and taken seriously. Their clothing builds confidence in your body and their customer service builds confidence in your communication skills and assertion. I was empowered to speak my mind over the dissatisfaction and my feelings were validated. The dedication to rectify this issue has solidified my belief that Empress Mimi is by women for women. I've encouraged my friend to shop here as well, as I'm not only satisfied with their products but their investment to make things right for the customer. In my experience, the price point is worth the experience. If you are hesitant about sizing, I would recommend sizing up for buying individual pieces or sets. Then, you can make minor adjustments to make it fit better for yourself. Rather than items being too small and unwearable. If I'm not mistaken, their mystery subscription box comes with a size guarantee and buying individual items does not, so I would take that into consideration. When in doubt, contact customer service for the specifics before purchasing to hopefully minimize any errors. However, do feel empowered to contact them after purchasing if there are issues because they actually do care about customer satisfaction. I'm also impressed by their rewards program and how points can be earned even before making a purchase. I do feel more likely to return and will save a bit on my next purchase when I do.I would like to see this company grow and will keep an eye out for their success.
I purchased one of the mystery subscriptions. We liked the look and feel of the product, but were sent a different size. Mistakes do happen, so its important that we were able to get a hold of staff and process a return easily.

Never arrived. Cancelled it all. And customer service is so awful. The usps link I got is useless customer service won’t contact them. Just. Garbage. They argued the charge back. And wrote on this trust pilot. But still didn’t respond to my email. So just to be clear. I have no items. And I’m out several hundred dollars

First of all, their lingerie is the most beautiful out there, and their customer service is un paralleled. Love this company! Jezza was so helpful and kind in helping me with a change to my order after the fact. I cannot recommend this company, highly enough, beautiful lingerie, excellent customer service, and fast shipping.
