Item was out of stock, couldn't cancel order
This site has generally good prices. But my last order was out of stock. I tried to cancel my order but they didn't receive my msg and shipped the order later, after I'd already ordered it from a different seller. Now I have 2 huge bags of dog food which will last me 6 months. When I called customer service they argued that I was responsible for the issue. Rather than trying to make me feel that they listened to me. They did nothing to make things right.

I used this company to provide prescription medication for my dog…
I used this company to provide prescription heart medication for my dog. They have the worst website that does not allow customers to see their profiles and manage account information. Every single time they messed up the order. I had numerous refills for medication on file and each and every time they messaged my vet for approval to fill the refill. I had to call them every time and they are only open to receive calls for 8 hours in the pacific time zone. Customer service reps are not competent. So many issues. They do not respond to emails either. My dog went without his heart medication for several days between refills due to this. I have since gone back to Chewy for prescriptions as they know how to run a mail prescription business.

Horrible company
Horrible company, poor service…completely unreliable. Ordered probiotics for my dog on December 1. They called me 11 days later to tell me they could not deliver to a P.O. Box, so I gave them a residential address. They assured me it would ship on Monday, December 15. It did not rather it shipped on Wednesday December 17. Supposed to be delivered on Friday December 19. End of day and it is not here. How do they stay in business? Chewy delivered the product I needed in 24 hours. They have this far refused a refund. Terrible experience.

Discount code promised, but not honored
Though I used the code for a 20% discount, and the form reflected that fact, the amount was added back to the invoice the minute I clicked on "Pay" to send it to my Paypal account. Despite two different customer sales reps telling me that they would refund the $8 (+ tax) amount that I was overcharged, they never did it. My invoice said $41.57. My PayPal was charged $50.23. Do not trust this company to honor promised discounts and do not trust the invoice amount once you click on "Pay."

Show items are in stock when you place an order. Then you are told its on backorder. Weeks later the order arrives. I tried to return the order and agreed to pay the restocking fee. They would not give me a RMA. Kept saying they would but did not.

I was notified I had 2 refills of Galliprant left on file for my dog. I attempted to re-order it but their system would only add one pill to my cart & not the full prescription. The website is pretty skrewed up. Its like they hav someone on the inside booby trapping it. No way to go to the first prescription I had received and go from it with Pets name & refills. I called customer service & music played for about 20 sec then the line went dead. I guess I'll go to 1800petmeds for my orders.

Have been a loyal customer for 5 years. On my last order you all were having staff issues, which I understand, but it was taking way too long to receive my order. I reached out multiple times for an update and no one would respond with any idea of delivery. It wasn't so much the delivery issue as it was the lack of customer service corresponding with me.

Unreliable for medication delivery
My dog takes meds. He has to take the same dose every day. So I order his meds on autoship in order to ensure he has what he needs every single day.EntirelyPetMeds has never shipped a complete order, or an on time order, in the three months I've tried to use them. They don't communicate why the order is never filled, but they sign off with my vet that they've accepted the order, which leaves me driving across town to manually fill the missing portion of his meds, and my vet chasing them to confirm they didn't actually ship the full order.Not a reliable way to receive medication for your pets. Entirely poor experience

This place is a joke. Leave messages, try their e mail, leave a chat on their alleged live chat, Nothing. My order was suppose to be here last Wednesday. Still not here. I want to cancel my auto renew and get a refund for the order I placed but I can't because they have it so you have to speak with someone. I would never recommend them to anyone for anything. If you're a real company get your act squared away. I believe this company is a fake and will take your money and run. Stay away from this company.

I received my safety shields in a timely fashion, but what I really APPRECIATED was there was a copy of my order, including what I ordered and the cost. A lot of places just send a packing slip.

Autoship management and general knowledge lacking
Ordered a prescription & chose autoship. There was no confirmation for autoship on the website which I thought was odd. When it was nearing the time for the next shipment I checked on their website and it said autoship online was not working so I could not see if I actually had autoship. Had to take the time to call. The representative did not seem to know what to do. I wanted to know when the "autoship" was supposed to ship, bill, how much it was. She said yes you have autoship. I had to ask again, WHEN and how much is it. Because I bought the 1st product with promotion discounts I was told she had no idea how much the next shipment would be. I said I can't buy a product if I don't know what you are charging. She then said she'd do a fake order to see. She came up with an amount and said it was Free shipping. She was supposed to adjust my autoship to new dates of every 4 months. I got the invoice confirmation and they charged me shipping. Had to make another call the next day about that. This person told me that it wasn't free because I asked for priority shipping. I said that I did not ask for priority, the gal yesterday said it would be free. She said for autoships they copy the 1st order and ship with the same shipping method. I told her the other gal told me it was free shipping so we didn't talk anymore about shipping after that and I wasn't told about any copying from the first order etc so I was surprised to find shipping charges. My June ship date was supposed to be moved up to May with the first gal but she never adjusted the ship dates so on their records they had a shipment already sent for 4/29, then scheduled again for May 17th and again on June 17th instead of every 4 months as requested. Finally got that squared away with the 2nd gal but we'll see. Not sure it's worth the lower cost for the hassle. I asked where they were located and she said California. I asked where in CA and she said the Bay Area. I said the Bay Area is pretty big ,,, Finally she said Union City....
