I honestly wish I had listened to the other negative reviews before ordering from Eternal Perfume Oils.My experience has been extremely disappointing. The communication has been poor, the order process felt messy, and when you’re spending money on fragrance oils you expect at least a basic level of professionalism and customer service.The product itself did not meet expectations at all. The scent quality was underwhelming and nowhere near what was advertised. It felt cheap and poorly blended rather than a well-crafted fragrance oil.What made the experience worse was the lack of support when trying to resolve the issue. It felt like once they had the money, customer satisfaction was no longer a priority.There are far better fragrance oil companies out there that actually value their customers and provide consistent quality. Unfortunately, this was a complete waste of money and not a company I would recommend or purchase from again.

First of the quality of their products are amazing, but what won me over was the customer service. They were kind and efficient, and they gave me options to tailor to my needs. Customer service is so important and they have gained a forever customer because of it.

I learnt about them from an Instagram ad, probably because I’ve been a frequent perfume oil “buyer” for years. What stood out here first were the promo’s, then the bottle. When I received my first purchase from them, I was wowed by the packaging and most importantly, the quality of the scent. I will 100% recommend. Customer service is also amazing, they helped rectify an issue almost instantly, which has strengthened my loyalty.

I was a little hesitant about trying their product due to dissatisfaction with another company. But I am glad I decided to give eternalperfumeoils a try. My communication with this company has been exemplary and the essential oils that I’ve tried so far have been very good. I’m going to order more!!!! Because I plan to mix some with coconut oil and some with lotion to apply all over!!! I love Herat, pear pressure, pillow princess, and about 5 others so far. I will be ordering more scents to try.

A Real Review from a fragrance enthusiast
I Love, love, love this brand! I'm working on my 4th order. These oils are super high quality and last anywhere from 8-12 hours (or more!) depending on the scent. You get great value from the sample bundles. This helped me pick my faves and I went on to buy full sizes. My top favorites so far are Green Metal (a dupe that smells even better than the original), Cigars and Ice Cream (a sultry, sweet unisex scent that has me feeling delectable, strong and sexy all day), Harmony & Havoc (coffee & vanilla flowers with a clean finish) and Pink Flirt (sweet champagne and roses). I get compliments when I walk down the hallway at work and even while I'm grocery shopping. I'm a fan for life and look forward to their next new scent release!

Love, Eternal Perfume Oil smell very expensive every single one of them that I have and I don’t have to use that much and it lasts on my skin for a pretty long time and on my clothes. Eternal perfume oil customer services is awesome. My shipping is always on time. They always email me or text me. Let me know that my perfume oil is shipped out or on way or it have been delivered. A good company.

disappointed with customer service
I’m disappointed with Eternal Perfume Oils’ customer service. I’ve purchased from them twice and, unfortunately, had an issue with one bottle that I needed to exchange. Since they give 30 days policy return or exchange I’m trying to reach them by emails because there is no way to do it through the website. I’ve sent 3 emails over a period of time and never received a response. While the products themselves are be good, the lack of communication and support after the purchase is unacceptable. Customer service matters, and this experience has made me hesitant to buy from them again.

Do not fall for the ad
I have received what i ordered but the there is no projection whatsoever! Maxim does not smell anything like what it is claiming to smell like and eternal oud sample barley smells of anything Don not think about longevity there is none!

The BEST customer service EVERY TIME!
Any time I call customer service I get answers, solutions and they are extremely helpful. Sometimes I just need a code updated to work on new releases. They have even called ME to ask about my satisfaction with the products. This time I’m not sure what happened I orders the new releases, but my 30ml choices didn’t show up on the order. They checked. They were quick to say it may not have been my mistake. They sent me a code for two free 30ml. Bottles on my next order. Today I spoke with Mike Ston and he has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. I keep the number in my phone!

10/10 for SURE! I’ve been an Eternal fanatic for 2 yrs now. I started my “oil” journey because I go thru perfumes WAY too fast & that got expensive.So many oil companies are either good, but crazy expensive, or awful & smell like carrier oil in 2 weeks. Then I found Eternal Perfume Oils. They changed my life! They’re strong, last all day, and they’re affordable! You can buy their coco oil separately to make it a body oil & it’s 100% scentless! I now have 6 favorites i restock monthly. ( yea i still go thru it so fast, but now i can afford it lol )My advice is to start with a sample pack. Get to know the scents b4 committing to a big bottle. Also ONLY if you buy on-site, do you get a FREE 30ml of your choice, when you choose a 50ml. So get to sampling! You won’t regret it!

Please please do not use this company! I ordered myself a 50ML fragrance oil in the offer they have currently which included a free 30ML fragrance with any 50ML purchase. All of the social media posts advertise this (I’ve later discovered that they’re all made using AI) when my order arrived I only have one fragrance and when I messaged Customer Service, they told me I didn’t select the free fragrance with my order? (It says nothing about this on any social media platform) and when I asked if they could just send it and I pay the extra postage they refused. The customer service is awful and 3/4 of the messages include such poor grammar it’s hard to comprehend the meaning of its content. I would never ever use this brand again, and I advise everyone else not too! So rude, so unhelpful and obviously a scam.
