I love E voice. It was a great way to set up a simple phone for my businesses no extra anything I really really enjoy it. It’s something it’s very affordable and accessible for people that just starting out with the new business thank you so much. This service.

The app and the service are extremely limited in functionality. The support is generally mediocre at best.
The worst VOIP phone system ever. We have had nothing but problems with this service. We have had to shut down our agency for hours at a time because of the issues. When you do get them on the phone, they cannot solve your problem! Extremely inefficient and troublesome. Difficult to use and if I could give it a zero I would.
Hello,I need to express my serious frustration with the eVoice system and dashboard.The dashboard is extremely confusing and poorly designed. It is unclear what should be done, how it should be done, and why certain settings behave the way they do. I am no longer able to edit greeting messages that I previously created in text format. When I attempt to update them, the system gives errors such as “already changed” or “previously recorded,” preventing any modification.This is not acceptable.I have been paying approximately $60 USD per month for nearly three years, yet I am unable to properly manage basic functions such as deleting old greetings, creating new greetings, or adding new numbers. Meanwhile, incoming calls still play an outdated “we are currently closed” message, which I have repeatedly tried to change without success.Additionally, when I receive calls from your support team, it is often unclear why I am being contacted or what the purpose of the call is. All of my information is already in your system.At this point, I expect the system to be corrected. I am paying for a functional and manageable service, not a confusing and restrictive platform.Please resolve these issues immediately.

Been a customer since 2013. Customer service is no help and when last agent stated they would remove a late fee, I checked and still never did. Unacceptable business practices and would look for another service provider as they don’t value long term customers.
The number is assigned to someone else humana. evoice has tried to rectify by offering new number but here is the thing i have printed flyers with telephone number. a loss.

I can not get access to my account. I tried reset and even spoke with your agent and reset . I’m still being charged please advise
Everything worked well and I used evoice for several years. The only thing I did not care for was the user interface. It was challenging to say the least when I wanted to update voicemail boxes, add new recordings, etc. Sometimes took hours to work around and try to figure it out. Not easy. Once everything is finally set up, the system works fine. As long as you’re not updating or changing things often it’s okay. Not a good or user friendly interface.

System has not worked in months and I still get charged and no rebate.
