3 times out of 5 days room was wasn't cleaned. I had to wait 0.5h frustrated and tired after 7 hours of training. Then someone came and Just changed the towels! 0 stars for Getafe 4* hotel.
Staff put obstacles and negatives instead of HELP or service to guests. It even seems they enjoy upsetting guests. Avoid if you can
Just spend 7 days in LasPalmas EXe , Great hotel and great service. Thanks for the extra free day after flight cancellation
