This company is a complete scam!

This company is a complete scam! Started my process in June here it is almost December and I have not received anything at all from them.. yet they had no issue taking my money! Avoid this company if you want anything to actually be done.. they also won’t refund you! If giving a zero stars was an option that would be my choice.

They will definitely lose your package and not even care

This shipping company consistently loses packages and doesn't attempt to resolve the issue. In the 6 months alone, they've lost 3 of my packages and when I reached out to them they provided generic responses without a care that they lost the package. I will NEVER use them again. I'd rather pay the cost of Fedex then use this unprofessional and incompetent company ever again.

Poor service

Poor service, does not return calls, and when you call listed number the only way to can get to a real person is by selecting new app. Keeps sending form letters which does not related to real issue plus rejected my photo which when I went to gov they accepted. After loosing my patience they sent back paperwork and gov check but of course kept application fee which lost plus multiple FedEx and photo fee. I definitely would not recommend this service.

Fantastic and highly recommend

Fantastic and highly recommend! Helpful from the first call I made asking for help to get a replacement passport urgently so I didn't miss my holiday. They've been in business for many years so know all the right people to contact. Also replied swiftly and kept in touch at every step of the way so I didn't worry.

I’m only giving a five star because ima bout to use the service , but I just want confirmation if I’m actually going to revive my passport in 3days with the (3day shipping process) someone confirm to me that this site can be trusted and that I can move on with my passport I have a flight on the 22nd getting ready to be booked.

OMG!!!

OMG!! I wrote a review back on August 16, 2021, it was title "So Far so Good"...well, now I am rating a FIVE plus FIVE!! That's right, Express Passport gets a top 10 from me!! Update: I purchased the expedited service on July 21st, my travel plans are for September 7th, I received my passport on August 28th!! Just in time to board my flight, This company is GREAT!! For all those who said this company was a scam that is a lie and obviously, you all misunderstood the process which caused you all not to follow detailed instructions...just saying, 🤷🏽‍♀️ This process is very detailed so I suggest FOLLOW instructions. A quick tip: if you all are traveling within the next month, please make sure you purchase the 2-week expedited service for $599.00. I purchased the 4 to 6-week turnaround, you may not be as lucky. Expedited service is now a 6 to 12-week turnaround time due to COVID cases rising again. (If you are wanting the 4-6 week expedited service get a 2-week expedited service instead). Now that I have given you a tip, back to writing my review. This company has my full trust and they delivered the quality of service I greatly appreciate and respect. I got my passport!! I hope you all have happy travels and remember to mask up and stay safe. Thank you to the amazing staff at Express Passport!! 😊

10/10!!

Seriously a 10/10!!! This company got me my passport in 6 weeks just in time for my honeymoon! So thankful that I came across their site, they saved me so much stress! So worth the money! The process is easy and it was so simple to track the progress of my passport !!! I highly recommend this service!

I submitted a passport application…

I submitted a passport application through this service on 7/6. I was supposed to have my passport in hand by now. I have three open inquiry tickets and no responses. I am travelling on 8/23. I must cancel by 8/9 if I have no passport in hand. Not satisfied at all with the lack of response. If EP wants to respond to me my application # is GW-4621E9509.

They are scammers - DO NOT USE

Express Passports is a scam!!! I filled out their form with all of my sensitive information that pre-fills the passport form. Then you download it and it tells you where to get photos and where to get your form authorized (post office or courthouse). I went to 2 different courthouses and both told me this place is a scam because right now the US Department of State is not accepting 3rd party or hand carry applications. You would think they would tell you that if they were a legitimate company! One courthouse actually contacted the Department of State to ensure the temporary rule did not change, and they instructed the courthouse to not authorize and seal the form because Express Passports was a scam!! I am so worried because they have all of my sensitive information. Go to the courthouse or Post office. I got my passport from the courthouse in 3 weeks with expedited service. You can't call Express Passport - I tried was on the phone for 3 hours while working for 3 days straight. You can't use the chat on their website because it is not available. I still have not received a refund because you cannot get in touch with them. Obviously you cannot get in touch with them because they are a scam operation - AND THE COURTHOUSES SAY THEY ARE A SCAM AS WELL!!!UPDATE 8/7/2021: I CANNOT REPLY TO THIS POST. BUT YOU DON'T REPLY TO EMAIL AND NO ONE PICKS UP THE PHONE - SO THEY ONLY WAY WE CAN GET ANYTHING DONE IS BY POSTING ON TRUSTPILOT? YOU HAVE MY EMAIL AND INFORMATION - IF YOU REALLY WANT TO HELP THEN GET IN TOUCH WITH ME. ALL I CAN TELL YOU IS I WENT TO 2 DIFFERENT COURT HOUSES AND BOTH SAID YOU WERE A SCAM. I AM JUST RELAYING WHAT THE COURT HOUSES TOLD ME HERE FOR OTHERSUPDATE 8/20/2021 - EXPRESS PASSPORT STILL HAS NOT GOTTEN IN TOUCH WITH ME. I TRIED TO CALL YOU 3 DAYS IN A ROW. YOUR CHAT WAS OFF. I REPLIED TO THE EMAIL I RECEIVED FROM YOU. NOTHING. NOTHING. NOTHING. THE MOST I HAVE HEARD FROM YOUR COMPANY IS YOUR REPLY BELOW.UPDATE 10/23/2021: Since no one from your company contacted me, and it is impossible to get in touch with you in order to fix my issue, I disputed the charge with my credit card company. I sent them all backup documents from the court - including contact names, documents from Express Passport's website, details from the Post Office - including contact names, and every time I tried to contact Express Passports. I just received a notice from my credit card company that it completed my investigation, and they have determined I am not responsible for paying the disputed amount. This was a long and lengthy process to get my money back.

I´ve been trying to reach for help a MONTH!

I´ve been trying to reach for help for a month al ready and have no answer. I´ve been calling all day and have no answer I need to send the papers to get started on this so can some one answer. How do I get the papers I need to send, we´re do I send them to, whene do I send it? HELP!!!!I don´t need to change my password!, I need to now whats the next step, how do I send my documents this is the message the paige shows "Thanks for your submission. You're Almost Done!Please call us now to complete your process at (888) 612-9899We'll conduct a final review of your passport documents and answer any questions you may have before you ship us your documents" I´ve been on line all day!!!!!

The worst service ever

The worst service ever. Everything they claim to be on the website is a scam. The services your claiming to pay for is a scam. I got the opposite experience and services they claim. You’re paying for their expertise, trust, customer service to get your passport but yet no one can ever reach a single person working for this “company”. They claim on the website “help every step of the way” that’s a JOKE. I have not been able to reach a single person for MONTHS. I have multiple tickets open, have called multiple times, messages the Facebook account. Someone answered back days later and said “I'm so sorry and hope one of our representatives would have reached out to you by now or you made contact by now. I said actually no, not at all. And they never responded! As I write this -I’m on hold again as I wait for anyone to answer. I have waited for 47 minutes before just to get no response. After all this and finally getting my passport package sent out. They sent it back with no reason indicated what I was “missing”. I called many times and inquired for help before sending it so this wouldn’t happen. I also have no idea what I could have been missing as everything is there.I’m going to end up missing my best friends wedding now. I started this process with them back in April needing it by October. It is now the end of July.

This is one of the worst experiences…

This is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a business. I took the forms they sent me to get authorized for my new passport and the passport office said they couldn’t authorize my forms this company was so suspicious. When I called customer service they said to try again and if it didn’t work I could get a refund. I tried again and the passport office said no. Ever since the last customer service call every single one of my calls has been dropped after an hour of being on hold. Currently on hour 4 of trying to get the REFUND THEY PROMISED ME.

Refund Request

I did a cancellation request to receive a refund and still have not received any communications on the update of my refund. I used this service against my better judgement because I had urgent travel plans. I see why this site gets so many bad reviews. The process to receive a refund should be just as easy as it is for them to charge the card. I will not be using this service again and recommend no one use this site. No matter how long they have been in business and they will surely state it in there response, they do not have the best customer service.

lack of communication

Edit: i did recieve my refund with in 24 hours so i did change my review from 1 to 2 stars because i got my money back. But no explanation as to why I had such difficulty with the post office or why i could not get any answers via phone.I never said this was a scam, however they need much better communication with customers. The fact that the post office would not accept my packet due to what they said was missing documentation is concerning.I have been trying for two days to reach their office by phone. At this point i want a refund. I am extremely frustrated and upset. I submitted my payment and information and took everything to the post office to finish the application. The post office would not accept it for several reasons. The first being that i did not have a letter of authorization. They explained that for a courier service like this a letter of authorization is required. They would not accept the packet without it. I attempted to call for clarification thinking i had missed it in the packet and could not get through. I waited on hold for over an hour on Monday and then again on Tuesday for over an hour. I chose to print off a standard letter of authorization and use that. I returned to the post office for a second appointment and was told a second time they would not accept the documents for a courier service because it was more than two weeks from my travel date. They would not proceed. End of story. I called again for clarification and could not get through.I want a refund at this point. I can't tell if this is a scam or not but due to the lack of communication and absolute confusion on what paperwork is needed I have chosen to not use this service and make an appointment myself.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I ordered my passport in May and it’s still not here. I even paid extra to have it expedited! I’ve had to delay one trip already and I’ve tried to contact support numerous times. I’ve yet to speak to an actual person. I’ve waited hours on the phone to have no one answer. This is the worst business I’ve ever seen. I probably will have to cancel my trip in late July now since I don’t think it’s going to come by then. Do not do what I did.

Works but could use better customer communication

I am correcting my previous post. I paid for the 4 to 6 week expedited service. I received a notification from the postal service today that my passport is enroute to me. I haven't received a notification yet from Express Passport or state.gov site. I'm giving this review 3 stars as they did manage to expedite service for my passport in 4 to 6 weeks but they never responded to any of my ticket requests generated through their website, it was more than an hour wait to talk to a representative, and they should not be using another business' address as their regional site address when that business is denying affiliation.

No service; no call backs; no nothing

Assuming passport services were delayed because of current employment, holiday and postal interruptions, I submitted my paperwork with expedited fees May 10th via FEDEX. On May 14th I received a text from you offices advising documents had been "submitted to the government for processing." And, then everything went silent! NADA! NOT A WORD from you! I wrote to Russell Varecha on June 17th (38 days later) requesting information and updates. NADA! NOT an acknowledgement or a word from him. Later that afternoon I was advised via email from Angela Cobanov that my passport had been "suspended" because it was missing a social security number. That was it! So much for service. I tried again AND again AND again to have someone in your offices help me through this process. Ultimately, I did finally get some direction from a Facebook person and after almost TWO months, 60 DAYS, and countless hours on telephone waiting lines received my passport. Two trips were cancelled and I never heard back from you. You were eager to take my money however once that was done ... is was sayonara! You are the WORST and I hope this helps others stay away from YOU! Sayonara!

Unprofessional/Terrible Service

Little to no information for what is needed or how the process works until you fork money over. There are no passport agents around with appointments inside of a month. I've been on hold for the better part of an hour, but they are allergic to their phones it seems. Needing a refund ASAP, but I doubt they possess the professionalism to correct the issues. Give literally anybody else your money.
