One of the freezer packets in the last order I received was leaking and put "goo" on the packaging of my meals. This has never happened before. Also, I am disappointed that I cannot get the "free" breakfast item (pancakes) I would like to order. It is ALWAYS marked "sold out" Why do you show it??? How can I order this? I am disappointed in this.
For me leaving the meal selection to FACTOR was the wrong thing to do on my last 4 & 5 dinners turned out to be 9 meals turned out to chiicken!Very disappointed. However, an attempt to make ammends was made of a $50 credit, I'd preferred a more varied selection .
Better variety than other plans I've tried.

Started out 10 out of 10, recently the meals options have not been as good and the ones I used to love are not tasting the same. I also used to get better deals, but because I have been with y'all a while I don't get as good of a deal. For that matter, the "gift" used to be good. I would be able to choose an extra meal or a shake, now I don't get that option. Sorry this is not a well organized review, started out just wanting to leave a short sentence with a 4 star rating. The more I was typing the more I was thinking and more came to me. It's still healthier to bring these to work for lunch compared to getting DoorDash for lunch. It had a good run for a few months, but I will most likely be going elsewhere now.
I ordered 4 meals not really impressed with them. I am just getting over being sick so maybe the next ones will taste better. I did love the yogurt bar. Best thing
I find the food to be tasty and so convenient to prepare. It’s a little pricey though. I really like the beef meals but they are more money. Not sure how long I can continue with them.

I get bored of the same thing every week. I don't eat chicken so my options are limited and how many times a week can someone eat greenbeans? Half the time I just throw them away.
Factor offers my wife and I a wide choice of meal options made to fit our lifestyle. We typically pick High Protein and Low Carb meals, but the menu variety is almost limitless. Perfect, very flavorful and the best part, effortless! We save hours of time in the kitchen each week!

Meals are delivered between window, and notification is given minutes later. Instructions on packaging is clear, There is a variety of choice to pick from on the menu. The food tastes amazing and fills me up. Only drawback is that the popular free breakfast go extremely quickly, and sometimes the options left are not to my liking.
I tried a factor years ago and thought it was a pretty good product so I thought I would give it a retry several years later however I found the product quality, not two of them improved very much from that time and tastes more like a competitor frozen TV dinner
We are still evaluating the meals. Our initial opinion is that the meals do NOT live up to our expectations. 1. They are unsightly.2. Blobs3. Lack salt4. Mush5. Not worth the price. However we'll give this one more week and see what the change in factors beings us.
Delicious meals that are super convenient! I appreciate that the meals are delivered on time and are kept cold. Love the variety of meals to choose from and that new ones are introduced all the time. I also find the portion sizes to be just about perfect, however I wish there was a bit more starch (potato, pasta, etc.) included on many of them. Only other critique are the very heavy gel packs that are a bit of a hassle to recycle.
Ordering and shipping are easy and hassle-free. Overall meal quality is very good. We've only had one so far that was a real miss. Portion sizes are on the small size. Depending on your needs they may be insufficient. I wish you could just order meals when you wanted without a subscription.
The meals are great but too expensive don't know how long i will be able to afford it I am a retiree on a fixed income
