Phenomenal
Phenomenal. They gave me an extra product free as well as a couple t shirts, a blender bottle, a bottle opener and a drawstring bag all included in the purchase of one product.

What a pity to lose such a good supplement supplier...
As has been been my experience with them from the start (several years ago), Fitness First has delivered a great product selection, at an excellent price, and also shown generosity including incentive gifts for my orders... I'll sidestep the bungled political issues surrounding Covid-19, and just say that this is truly unfair and regrettable, where good businesses are impacted like this by "governmental administration blunders," while these same folks are still in the process of (again) bailing out national airlines that should be allowed to go under... based on their long-term performance and apparent inability to be a self-sustaining business.

Took my money but never received product, refund or even a response from them. When you email them they don't reply. If you call them they don't answer. I messaged them on facebook and they obviously read my message but did not reply. So far I'm out of the money I gave them with 0 answers..***UPDATE!*** Got a reply from somebody. Took a while but I did eventually receive my package and a few extra gifts. They sent me a shirt, a shaker, a backpack, an supplement organizer and some samples! I've been a customer of theirs for a few years and this was the first time I had an issue...they did eventually come thru with extras and it was all very well packaged! Thanks First Fitness USA! 👍🏻

Worst customer service
Earlier today I tried to purchase something on your website. It wouldn't take my card. After repeated attempts to make a purchase I finally called in. The young man who answered the phone stated that he could not help me. I asked him to transfer me to IT & he said he could not. I then asked if he could take an order over the phone & again he said he could not. Don't worry! I fixed my problem. I purchased the item through Amazon.

My order showed up last week completely…
My order showed up last week completely wrong. My order # is689193. In the package there were 2 bottles of Arimiplex instead of one and both bottles of 1AD were completely missing. This is the second attempt to contact you by email and I have called your phone number several times but no one answers. I am giving you one star because that is the lowest available

Same product as others companies but cheaper
I legitimately told my buddies that either I got scammed, or their deals are the best I've found, way cheaper than where I usually buy my supps. Also, they are delivering overseas to my military base for free.

Customer support is non-existent
I placed an order (688836) on July 26 and received a shipping confirmation on July 27. Yet, the shipping confirmation email showed that 3 items from my original order did not ship. I sent an e-mails to their customer service asking about an update/explanation on July 28, 30, and 31 and never received an answer. I also tried their phone number and the same, was never able to speak with anyone. This company talks big about their support for the military and their supposed great customer service but yet I am an active duty Air Force deployed (my order address is an APO AE) and received ZERO support with my order and inquiries about it. I am truly disappointed at this company and cannot think of a worse buying experience for a first time customer like I am with them.

I am disappointed with my experience, but they can recover. This was my first time using this website. I tried to purchase two bottles of MTS peak physicor, I was excited to see their standard pricing + there was two additional discounts for July 4th & another discount which brought the total to only $38.58. This was going to become my usual online site for purchases, however the next day I received an email that product was out of stock and was given a refund. I asked for a contact back when product is back in stock, no word back after a few days. If they notify me when its back in stock and sell me the items at same price as my previous order they will recover me as a customer and will change my experience back to a 5 star review. I understand these things happen, but the goal should be to recover the customers experience. I hope to hear back from them.
