Avoid This Company at All Costs!!
We purchased 10 treadmills from this company last year, and not once have we been able to use all of them at the same time. Every technician who has inspected the equipment has remarked that they’ve never seen treadmills so poorly remanufactured. The quality is shockingly bad.Our entire experience has been incredibly frustrating. The treadmills frequently break down—often during classes—posing a real safety risk to our clients. Despite repeated issues, the company has refused to take the machines back. Customer service is unhelpful and simply hides behind company policy, stating they cannot offer returns or buybacks. Attempts to escalate the issue have gone nowhere, as the owner refuses to speak with us directly.We are now having to seek legal assistance to resolve the situation. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company. The risk is simply not worth it.

Every aspect of my experience with the Fitness Superstore has been superior from start to finish. First and foremost, the folks at the Fitness Superstore are highly professional. It was easy to deal with them each and every step of the way from sales to their technical support staff to their Customer Service Department. Second, their pricing is extremely competitive for a "remanufactured" device. What I received was precisely as described and in the promised condition that was shown on their website. Additionally, their local installation specialist carried my NuStep TRS 4000 to the 3rd floor of my home and assembled it properly. Last, when it turned out that a minor accessory that I had ordered had not been included in the original shipment, they had it delivered to my home by express mail and installed the next day. During each and every step along the way, from ordering the equipment to its installation, has been handled in a highly professional manner. Stairmaster 4000 going strong!
We recently purchased an 'old' Stairmaster 4000. It arrived fairly quickly and was delivered and set up in the basement. We used it for a few days but then encountered a problem. The Fitness Superstore responded to our e-mail within one day and we had a technician out to the house promptly. He fixed the problem (free to us) and was on his way. The Stairmaster works perfectly. Highly recommend.

Purchased a Precor EFX 635 Elliptical for my personal use a few months back and waited to write this review until all was ordered received and running. Always am a bit leery about making a big purchase on-line sight unseen and I am the type of person who does tons of research and asks a million questions. It took me a month to make the final decision to move forward. The key reason for my decision was my salesperson. No matter how many times I called or emailed or how many questions I asked, I felt like I was the only customer they had. My primary contact was incredible. She patiently answered my questions and if she did not know the answer, she would knock over buildings to fine it for me. I went from skittish to 100% sold and knew when I made the purchase, this company truly valued my business and me. This is when the next level of service kicked in. I started to receive emails thanking me for the business, sending me delivery updates all the way until the delivery was completed. You just don’t see that kind of service anymore! The delivery was on time and professionally handled. I had a few setup questions and received the same service as day one. You will never go wrong with your choice to purchase from Fitness Super Store. There were at least five people I worked with through the whole process and I would love to send my thanks to them for making this such a great experience.
