Review of Fivestartrading HollandI am very satisfied with my experience with Fivestartrading Holland. The products I ordered arrived exactly as described in the information provided at the time of purchase. The items were precisely what I expected, and the delivery to Sweden was on time as scheduled. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and I will most certainly place another order in the future.
Bad service
From my side it was all ok. The sending of the 60cans arrived after 12 days avely packed in a carton.Some 12 packs of the cans had some tape on it but for me this is fine.The expiring date is end of june so they have 3 months. With all the sugar inside shouldnt be a problem to have them a couple of months later 😉I was writing a mail to the support, they answerd me within 12 hours.I am quite happy with the products and the price 13-14€ for 12 cans is fair. Sending the paket was 6,50€.All in all i am happy 👍
I truly don't understand the negative reviews. I placed my order on Sunday, March 16, 2025, and received it on Friday, March 21. On Monday, I got the bill, and the email mentioned that I would receive an email with the tracking number. By Wednesday, I started to worry they had forgotten about me, so I sent them an email. That same day, I received the tracking number. When I checked my Spam folder, I found the email with the tracking information there, so it turns out they were very precise—but we need to keep an eye on our email folders.I ordered 120 cans of soda zero to Luxembourg, and they arrived quickly and exactly as I had ordered.I really appreciate this company. There is just one small issue: the shipping fee was a bit high. I hope they reconsider this in the future, but overall, I think it's acceptable.

I had a couple of good shipments but the last one I made about a month ago now has been a complete nightmare! It was send the first time but it got returned for no real reason (allegedly I wasn't at home but I work from home so that's impossible) then they sent it a second time and gave me a tracking number that doesn't show in my country. I tried to contact them to get some more info about it but their customer support is horrible, you're lucky if they reply after 2-3 mails. Now I asked for a refund and I'm still waiting for them to even respond....
All purchases have been a great experience. Packaging, product, shipping, etc., have been excellent. I am a very happy customer. Due to unfortunate circumstances, which were the fault of the transport company, I needed help from support, but before I even got around to contacting them, they had already resolved the problem on their own initiative. Excellent service.
Placed an order on July 29th. One month later, I still haven't received anything. A week ago, I asked for a refund and all I got as an automatic message saying that the issue has been closed but still no money back.
An item was missing from my order (happens sometimes, not taking a star off because of it), I thought this would mean a delay in shipping, to my surprise, 1 day after the refund my other drinks have arrived. Thank you very much once again!
One of the worst experiences ordering online. They have sent me one less 12x pack after waiting over a month for my package with a horrible customer support that doesn't answer, it takes 2+ emails every time to get a reply to anything. No tracking was sent either after my package was damaged and resent, I had to ask for it. Now I am trying to get a refund on the 12x pack of soda but they are ignoring me once again. Do NOT order from this company.
What a good store! Will definitely be ordering from them again. Fast shipping, got it within a week of ordering to Finland. Very good packaging, everything in tact. And great prices!
Delivered fine and no problems caused. DPD delivery was great and fast at least in my part of Holland. Only ambiguity was time it took for the order to be dispatched, but in total took less than a week.
Great stuff! Ordered 2 times now and got the stuff I ordered with drinks lasting a good 5-6 months. Shipment arrived within a week.Legit drinks, legit candy !(have not tried everything though)(response for the negative reviews)Keep it mind that taste and flavor might differ from each origin country, same ingredients but different flavor. E.g. there are many different types of sugar and water :)
Have ordered a total of 4-5 times so far (they also sell via Amazon, but the prices are slightly higher, which is understandable, due to Amazon fees). So I've ordered 2-3 times via Amazon and 2x directly from their site (which I'll be doing from now on as it's cheaper) and shipping time was reasonable. Shipping box is very thick and solid, no broken cans, soda (Fanta, Coke etc.) tastes as expected - all original. Expiry date for drinks is in 8+ months. I will definitely order from them again. Reliable seller for many years. Can recommend ordering from them via Amazon or via their website, payment via Paypal worked perfectly.
I have buyed monster from you guys And have the huge impression You sell monsters can and put 50% monster in it and 50% water And there is a lot of fake reviews
Delivery came within a week after ordering! It is not Amazon!I don't understand the bad stories here, the soda is perfectly fine and the 12 packs were sealed.
Latest batch of zero sugar soda ordered was 4 months old. (Zero Sugar have a shelf life of 3 months so it loses a loot of it's taste). I wont be ordering again.
I had a great experience. Received my parcel in 7 days to Finland. Small minus that I had to request my shipping tracking number. I hope they will get that right. But I will most definitely order soon again. The price is very reasonable and the products are not even available in Finland or if very highly prized. Also the shipping cost was only 41€ for 46kg in 2 parcels. I highly recommend this seller!

the advertised shipping was between 5 and 10 days but it actually arrived in 3 days! Also the tax isnt applied until you check out, so keep that in mind. Definitely a store I'll order more often from.
