Shipment got lost by the parcel service in Germany (to no fault of the shop owner). He immediately offered a refund. I opted for a replacement instead, which arrived as soon as it was available. Communication was timely and on point. Putting something in a basket and clicking on checkout is pretty much the same everywhere. What happens when something goes wrong is what counts. They put the customer first. 5 stars.
Very poor service. Took too long to send item, failed to update tracking, still waiting for instructions on how to return item a week later, ~
Website is great for finding what your looking for.Ordered on a Sunday afternoon. Received it in France two days later, excellently packed, delivered to my front door.
Crap service!. Item never came, suppost to be delivered within the week, after nilly 3 weeks still nothing! And now im still waiting on refund. Would never buy from again!
phenomenal service. ordered thrustmaster pedals before 4pm wednesday, and thursday, arrived by DPD. the best price on the web in the UK and delivered by a great courier too with a 1 hour slot...and so fast. would recommend again and will continue to get my stuff from them. excellent!
I bought a joystick that worked great, but it didn't suit me, so I returned it. Today, after two months, I still did not get my money back and the store does not respond, despite the fact that I wrote that I will report it to the police.
Got a great price on My T16000 Hotas (best price I found across the Internet at that time), which arrived promptly and was well packaged. I would certainly recommend and would have no hesitation in ordering other products in the future.
Top notch experience! Easy shopping experience. Goods arrived safely and well packed. Delivery was reasonably long because of current Covid restrictions (delivery was from Netherlands to Ireland) but I expected that and this is normal from everybody at the moment. Direct email help from the company owner when I had questions. Very friendly and helpful. I am making this my first port of call store for flight sim stuff from now on. Very happy :)
Item dispatched quickly, arrived one day late but due to the whole Covid situation that's perfectly understandable. Item worked perfectly. Would buy again.
