Never received the order. Could not get in touch with customer service. Any reply to an email complaint was automated. This is a scam.

Incompetent

Incompetent ! Ordered same day delivery on a Saturday first AM. It did not arrive, was told they would not deliver on Sunday. Finally customer service contacted us on Monday, they apologised and said they would make it up to us, send extra flowers and fruit basket …. To only get a message later to say they had cancelled the order and would not be sending the delivery. Very unsatisfactory. We would have ordered elsewhere. Will never use again.

Zero stars...just to be clear

Zero stars...just to be clear. I ordered flowers for my dear friends 40th who is also battling cancer. Wanting to make her day as nice as possible, I spent $90 for a next day delivery. Not only did the flowers not get delivered, this scam of a company did not notify me of a missed delivery. I am going to get every penny back..whatever that takes. Beyond disgusted and disappointed!

GOT SCAMMED. VERY UPSET!!!

DANG! I believe I got scammed by flower delivery.com. I ordered flowers yesterday and the supposed to delivered today 5/12/24. I paid $86.00 and it came right out of my bank account. Now they sending me messages saying they can't deliver today. There message is below: I got this message yesterday and today.Ophelia, we apologize that we are unable to deliver your order #9883575 to Dianne Schurlock today and we have rescheduled it for tomorrow. We understand how important it is to show your loved-ones how important they are to you and we are truly sorry.

Just like others

Just like others, they waited until 1p the day of delivery to call me and hit me up for another $59 for delivery. When I called and said deliver as promised or cancel they offered me $29 for a half order. Total BS!!

I would give a negative number if I could. Do NOT order from these scammers.I did, unfortunately. They were supposed to deliver flowers yesterday. I became suspicious when I didn't receive a confirmation email that the flowers had been delivered. I called them. They were pleasant enough and said they would call the local company who took the order and would call me tomorrow. They did in fact call me today twice. They apologized and said they would deliver today. I said please do. Then they called later in the afternoon and said they needed another $20. I said absolutely not, I want a refund. They TRIED TO NEGOTIATE the $20 to $15 and then $10. I told Emily in no uncertain terms that I was going to file complaints in my state and California with the attorney general's office and the BBB. I told her that I'm not going to stop so they had better just refund my money. Unfortunately, I had to be extremely nasty. Emily continued to be pleasant the entire time. They are complete scammers. Please don't order from them. I will update in a few days regarding whether or not I receive my refund. I even canceled my credit card because I don't trust that they will not sell my information on the dark web.

Never delivered the $200 funeral spray…

Never delivered the $200 funeral spray I ordered then tried to talk me into letting them deliver it to the HOUSE instead of refunding my money. Had to fight for half an hour and be put on hold for supervisor to finally convince them to credit my card back. I was not going to send flowers to their house. Call center is off shore with foreign operators that just argue with you and don't want to refund So disappointed my friend did not get the flowers I wanted to send to show her I cared that her Mother died.

Do not order from this place - rip off!

Do not order from this place, or from just flowers, which apparently are interchangeable. Mother’s Day flowers kept getting postponed, until it was looking like the Wednesday after Mother’s Day might be the day they would be delivered… Or they may have been postponed again. At any rate, I canceled the order and demanded a refund. I have yet to get that and I have been on the phone with their customer service three times now, they keep telling me that they issued the refund and are blaming it on my Discover card. Basically they are saying they issued the refund on the 17th, and if I have not received it nine days later, it is my credit cards company’s fault not theirs. I am looking into how to report them because this is BS.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience! This company is terrible . They did not deliver flowers in time frame promised and paid for , and recipient had already been discharged from hospital and gone home before the flowers were supposedly delivered. The recipient never even saw the flowers . Tgey refuse to issue a refund or redelivery now to the recipients home , and they are giving me the total runaround. This company is a scam . I paid for a premium arrangement and same day delivery ( with satisfaction guaranteed per their website). Basically they told me they delivered the flowers - won’t process a refund - and then they hung up on me. Do not USE this company! They need to be shut down.

I ordered Mother's Day Flowers

I ordered Mother's Day Flowers. They notified me (via email) on Mother's Day to tell me they couldn't deliver that day. It's now two weeks later and they never delivered them. I contacted them to cancel the order and to ask for a refund. They said they do not give refunds. They never even gave me the flowers, they just took my money and I'm left with nothing.

Total scam - do not attempt to purchase from these people

They guaranteed same-day delivery and the flowers never arrived. Furthermore, they claim to include free access to some sort of purchase insurance company (Norton), but when you try to file a claim with Norton, you're only given the option of a partial refund. This is a total scam, and I suspect the Norton guarantee is there to attempt to save their money from credit card disputes. If, like me, you attempted to place a last-minute order and thus did not due your review due diligence, do not file a Norton dispute; take screenshots of your (undoubtedly futile) efforts to reach their customer service reps, and file a dispute directly with your bank or card company for the full amount. If, on the other hand, you planned your gift in advance and are reading this review before placing an order, well done. Wish I would've done the same as the internet is replete with negative reviews similar to this one.

Absolutely awful… it’s the 15th of February and I get an email saying they will delivery when possible. Really…. !?!Called from California to have them deliver in NC. She called me and said dad I’m sorry they didn’t come. BS… don’t take orders you can’t fill and charge.

Don't waste your time with this company.

My experience with using this company yesterday was awful. I have used them two other times and was pleased. But this time was a bad, bad experience. First of all, I tried to use the website. In typing the message it said I was allowed up to 500 characters. In previewing the order it would consistently not accept my messages. I had NOT gone over the limited space! It would not let me proceed to the checkout. I finally gave up and called to place an order. I was on hold for 23 minutes and finally hung up. Later in the day, I tried again to place an order online. It was the same scenario. I called again. The phone connection was awful with repeated cutting out. She called an alternate phone number, but the connection was still terrible. I had to repeat and repeat. I had more for the message card that I wanted to include, but with the constant cutting out of the phone line and repeating and repeating, I cut it short. I also mentioned a discount code of EX10 which was offered online. My understanding is that she would apply it. That did not happen. The final cost with handling and shipping or service was $29.47 more than the original. Today I called back and explained about the discount not being applied. She placed me on hold. I never got to talk with her again. Disconnected? By accident or on purpose? Poor phone connection again? I am not happy at all with this service. I am not one to write bad reviews, but I will not use them again and caution anyone else considering it.

Horrible quality

Would give zero starsbif I could. Ordered flowers for a birthdayOrdered on Friday for Monday delivery. Didn't deliver until Tuesday and the arrangement was horrible. Looked nothing like photo that I ordered. Shorted the amount of Roses and the so called filler was the leaves left on the rose stems. The roses were not healthy either. Well over $100 for garbage.

I could not give ZERO stars

I could not give ZERO stars, which is what they deserve. Ordered flowers for my mother's 90th birthday on Tuesday, to be delivered Friday. Received a call at 3:45 on Friday that they could not fulfill the order and wanted permission to deliver it the next day. I said no and demanded a refund. She offered a $7 discount. Kept saying no, she offered $10 off. Finally had to wait on hold for 5 minutes for a manager, who offered $15 off. These people just don't get it. It was infuriating and heartbreaking at the same time. Finally agreed to refund but I'm not holding my breath. I'll take it up with the credit card company. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Go with a reputable company, not this place.

Do not use this company- learn from my mistake and take the time to research a local florist in the area you’re wanting flowers delivered.This company over charges to begin with.My order was never delivered on the day it was supposed to be, and two days after they were supposed to be delivered, they called me to ask for $40 more dollars to fulfill my order (that was already over $100). How dare they?! I told them to cancel my order and refund me- which I’m hoping there’s no issues with. Horrible customer service. Horrible experience. Do not use them.

Fought me on refund. I placed an order that said it would be delivered on Christmas Eve (Dec 24). My confirmation email said that it may not be delivered then, so I called to confirm.They told me Tuesday the 27th was the earliest they could deliver, so I asked for a refund. They tried to give me a credit or discount, but I was firm on the refund. They kept pushing other options. When I got a manager, I asked for the refund again, but they tried to do the credit/discount thing again. Then the manager went silent. I asked "Are you there?" The manager said yes. I asked about the refund... Manager doesn't respond.After a few minutes of this I hang up and call back. I ask for the manager to get a refund and guess what? Got offered discount/ credit. After saying no a bunch of times, I got the manager and started off the conversation with "I'd like a refund. Not a discount. Not a credit. Only a refund. Can you repeat that back so we're on the same page?"She responded that she understands I only want a refund... Then asks me if I'd consider a discount or a credit. I yelled "Only a refund! Only a refund!" I apologized for yelling then begged for a refund.Finally had them agree to give me one. I need a nap after this experience.

SHOULD HAVE KNOWN THEY WERE SCAM -THEY WERE CALLING MY PHONE BEFORE I COULD EVEN COMPLETE MY ORDER ONLINE.I ordered a funeral arrangement and paid an express fee to have delivered within 4 hours, the next morning I was called asking if they could substitute flowers because they didn't have everything to make this arrangement. When I asked why these were not delivered (within in 4 hrs) as I had paid for express, their answer was "we called and checked his viewing isn't until today." GRRRRRR it is not their place to decide that. when I paid for a 4-hour delivery and almost 24 hours later they are just getting around to making them. They did refund the $4.99 express fees and offered a $5.00 discount for their changing the arrangement. Not right considering I just spent $166.00 for this particular piece...
