Non responsive, took over a month and still waiting for part of my order. Shirt numbers and sizes mixed up too.. when I’ve tried to engage with them to offer a way to sort it out, I’ve been ignored. Do not trust this company!
Our son's team kit took over a month to arrive (approx March/April '24), and now we've ordered a top for another programme he trains with, and have waited a month already for this one. Appalling!

Scammers, scammers, scammers!!!!Do not buy from them!!I ordered t-shirt, shorts and socks.I should receive my order after 7-10 days after email them a couple of times.Mike said should be by beginning of the week, so I call them on Wednesday and lady said it should be by Friday.After 10 minutes they cancelled my order due to no stock!! Really?Hope they will refund my money ASAP!AVOID this scam company!
A complete scam of a company. Through fundraising donations, we were fortunate to raise enough funds to provide 6 year old children with a kit they could be proud of. Unfortunately, we placed our trust in Football Kits Direct to supply the kit required. The order valuing just below £600 has never been received, and the communication has been non-existent. It is now December 2024 and nothing, with critical funds now lost. Please do not make the same mistake we have and use a more reputable and trustworthy company.
Ordered socks for my sons grassroots team online. Was advised out of stock until 2nd Dec(nothing to say this was the case in the website). Spoke to Denise and she advised she would send another brand instead, which was all available and in stock - all agreed on phone. Nothing received. Contacted them again and was told all out of stock and we would be refunfed - asked what happened to the ones Denise said were in stock did she lie to me? also queried when the refund would hit my account as I have to get the boys new socks. I am now being ignored by Director Mike Blythe.
Literally the worst company in the world…if I could score zero then I would! Order took 32 working days to arrive AND on day 30 I was told I would need to pay another £8.95 to actually receive the items I had ordered, despite already ordering over £50 worth! Held to ransom unless I paid. Whaaaaat?! Customer Service is a non-existent joke, rude and unhelpful, might as well not exist as they’re a bunch of jokers! Off to tell our Team (it’s a County one so plenty of potential orders) they need to get their kit through a decent supplier. Was looking at some other items with a view to order but I’d never waste my money with them again! Son plays for three different teams so I’ll be sure to share the word through the network…DO NOT USE!!!
I wish I’d checked their reviews before ordering!!Where is my order????Placed an order on 31/8/24 and subsequently chased this order on 11/9/24 - no response. I think I’ve been scammed!!£42 out of pocket. I’m fuming!!
ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A COMPANY!!Advertising stuff they haven’t got, I ordered a number of items only to get an email days later cancelling my order!!! No explanation until I asked why and was told every item I ordered was out of stock!!Pathetic company don’t bother !!
Received part of the kit we ordered in August that we ordered in June. We are still waiting for the rest. We have 13/14 year old lads having to share kits and swap at half time. Over £3k spent. What a con. Dreadful company they never answer emails or phone calls.

1 star is way to high for these scammers . I ordered a 6 seater pop up chair 15th October 2021 and still no chair 22 months later. I’ve sent loads of emails and attempted loads of call and they’re never an answer or a reply . £120 out of pocket
If I could give this company -10 stars I would.Worst customer service ever avoid at all costs.They do not send items that you have paid for.They ignore your emails their company phone never connects and they need to be shut down.Zero communication to their customers.

I ordered a football shirt then looked through the site again and ordered a tracksuit about ten minutes later. I assumed they would be merged into one order but that was not the case. Shouldn't have mattered as both were advertised as free shipping.A few days later I got an email to say that for the tracksuit I now owed £8.95. I paid it (stupidly?). Then another couple of days later I got another email asking for another £8.95 for the football shirt shipping fee! This one I didn't pay but emailed to say they should have put it all in one order and charged me once at worst - even though shipping was advertised as free on both originally.A few emails later, including asking for cancellation of both orders and full refunds and I'm still not getting any responses.Terrible marketing or maybe just an outright con!Zero customer service.I have today decided to bite the bullet and pay the second shipping fee (stupid?) in order to get my football shirt, so I'll see what happends.Either way, I say there are better options elsewhere.

Dreadful customer service all round, ordered some kit in September, still not arrived and it's now February, will be contacting trading standards now as still no refund!!
No customer service. The manager and owner Mike, does not answer the phone part order sent after 7 weeks nearly! Had to chase them! Still don’t get a reply, only way I did was wassapppp do not use. £160For a fillKit and only half sent, and can’t reach them, it’s stopping my sonFromPlaying fixatures with the club he plays and learns with. Poor service.
Avoid like the Plague!!!!.Took 3K from a KIDS football Club in May and have been fobbed off ever since.More than helpful setting up the order!.But once placed they never answer phone calls or Emails.Travelling down next few weeks from Liverpool to collect our goods or money refund!.
