Absolutely rubbish warranty not for lifetime poor response just fob of don't waste your money.
An Absolute waste of money "Richard Turpin Without the benefit of the GUN"One Day it will Catch up
I am living in an apartment building and TV signal reception is bad, cannot watch TV using regular an antenna. Freeseetv gave me a surprise. I got this as a gift, didn’t think it would work and left it on the corner for a long time until yesterday when I was doing cleaning up. I thought why I didn’t try it before I throw it out. Well, it worked perfectly!!! I can now watching crystal clear TV!! The last time I was watching free TV was 20 years ago before I moved into this apartment building.
Absolute waste of money!!!
Total Con. Even PAYPAL could not get a refund. In saying that, they are toothless tigers anyway.Surprised that the advertising authority has not pulled them up about false advertising.
Bought the antenna to use both at home and at my caravan in North Wales. Have attempted to get a signal on 4 TVs and at 2 locations without success. This is a CON and should be avoided at all costs.
I bought 2 aerials and 1 booster, non of which worked, I bought via PayPal and thought I'd be protected. Its the absolute opposite. I returned the items as I was requested to do, took photos of the packages showing the shipping address and my address, I got a receipt from the post office. I submitted the details to PayPal, who then refused to reimburse me as I had not sent them via tracked post. I explained that the cost for each package would have been €40.00 a total of €80. In the correspondence with PayPal, they did not state that it must be tracked. I explained my reasons for using standard post as it cost €12.25 per package. Their maximum reimbursement for postage is £14.99. So I would have been out of pocket anyway. I got no refund from PayPal. I contacted freeseetv, they will not refund my money, that is despite the fact that I clearly marked both packages with my details AND included a returns note inside the packaging. They state that they have not received them, I returned them over 2 months ago. I've heard of a slow boat to China but this is taking the P!!!.Do not trust these thieves OR PAYPAL.
Absolute Rubbish. If I could give 0 stars I would!
I ordered the antenna and amplifier costing over £80, it did not work so tried contacting them.....no reply another bunch of scammers, something should be done about these robbing people, it is disgusting the way they get away with it.
As the saying goes " you Can't Con an Honest man"
I paid for 2 items and only received 1. No response from the helpline number. Stay well away from this SCAM
Ordered ariel and booster only got ariel and no answer to 20 e-mails,dont use this company, it is a rip off
Do not buy anything from this company. They are just robbers after your money " Stay well away"
If I could give minus I would. I see it said Dragons Den went mad over it so didn't think to check reviews until after I ordered. How stupid am I!! I cancelled within a couple of hours of told them no way take my money. I got a reply asking why I wanted to cancel. Then a confirmation email to say it's cancelled bit my refund may take up to 30 days. At this time they had not taken my payment. Now they have taken my payment and no reply to emails. PayPal ate not being helpful the bank don't want to know!! DO NOT FALL FOR IT IT'S A SCAN
Dont buy this it doesent work
I wish I looked at the trust pilot reviews before allowing myself to be scammed by these people. I have mistakenly bought 2 TV antennas via Paypal and have escalated it through their disputes department flagging the issues raised on Trustpilot. I have spoken with ebay as their advert popped up on the ebay app and told them they need to remove any false adds from crazygadgets.com that then send you to the website freeseetv.com to buy their crap TVfix antenna and I managed to get a screen grab of the advert as a pdf file and have sent that along with a complaint to the Advertising Standards Agency (ASA), they have forwarded my complaint to the Dutch authorities where the advert originated. I actually managed to get the actual advert as seen in the app where they use the TV show 'Dragons Den' to market this scam product, because if you type in the address in google it takes you to a totally different advert omitting The Dragons Den claim. I have reported them to the BBC copyright department and they are investigating too. I can't believe how easily I fell for their scam.. Thankfully I paid with Paypal and they have given me a full refund and I am working with them to stop this scam company from using Paypal. I want to get this company shut down, they are selling crap all over the world and the planet doesn't need this crap.
Like others just looking at product when money was taken. PayPal said it was in my favour when complaint was made and told me to refuse goods. I did this but as I had no proof of return PayPal than went in favour of the scammers, so I lost my money and the product. I have now cancelled myPayPal account. But on contacting PayPal they have confirmed this company is on their watch list. Lot of use to me.
Pity I didn't think to look on here before unintentionally ordering one of these. I see this scam has been going on for some time, is there nothing to be done about them.
On 19th We ordered a single antenna from a reliable mobile news feed only to receive 4 separate email order confirmations for 2 antennas and 2 amplifiers. Strangely despite there being duplicated items they were priced differently. Unfortunately despite usually being diligent in ordering online we realised afterwards we had been scammed to the tune of £150. ALL orders were immediately cancelled via email advising the company that they had fraudulently taken monies from our credit card. Both freeseetv and trendy tech media appear to be the same company who do not respond to calls social media or email communication. Immediately contacted barclaycard who began a fraud investigation. 3 days later goods arrived with no delivery note or return address. Advised by Barclaycard to return goods immediately with proof of postage which we did to the PO Box number in the Netherlands. About 10 days later we received a very unprofessional email from freeseetv stating they had received the goods and would be processing a full refund. Barclaycard have been in contact today stating that the merchant has refunded alll 4 transactions in full. I can’t decide whether the good advice we got from trust pilot and being firm in our communication with the company has given us a favourable outcome or we have just been lucky!
