Twice embarrassed; no more business from me
The first time, they sent a Thank you balloon instead of Thinking of you, gave refund for balloon. Second time, I paid for delivery before 12pm; I called at 1:40pm, they said they didn't have the basket though I picked "same day". It arrived 3:30pm only because my event was 2pm-4pm and I insisted; gave refund for early fee. Thanks for the refunds, but I cannot be embarrassed again with your poor service. I will go elsewhere.

My Pain Made Worse
Which means your florist barley got the item there before the funeral was over despite the fact it was supposed to be dilvered at 11 am CST and not 1pm CST. This is 2nd time and you made it worse. This is ridiculous and speaks to your inability to deliver the customer service you said you would. This is unforgivable and my review will be the same. You made me look foolish and brought more sadness to the day while making me look foolish in front of my family!!!! This is UNFORGIVABLE!!!! No one should order from you. No one!!!

Do not order flowers from this site!!! I ordered flowers days in advance to arrive on my sister’s birthday, and they messed up the order internally and now is saying it won’t be delivered until days after her birthday! And then they don’t tell me about this delay until last minute so now I can’t find another place to send her flowers on her actual day. Incredibly unprofessional and not worth it. I wish I would’ve looked at the reviews of this place beforehand.

Disgraceful Company
TLDR: Threaten a charge back if they only offer a 20% refund.Absolutely disgraceful company. I ordered a premium version of flowers which was $52 basically and after delivery fees it was almost an extra 30% when I got the total. I paid it and when the flowers were received they looked like nothing like in the photos. Filler greens and like 3 roses when there should have been at least 5-7. Other flowers that hadn't even blossomed yet. I complained and they offered me a 20% refund which is insulting considering only the delivery fee was about 25-30% of the total I paid. I simply told them I either wanted a full refund or a complete replacement of the flowers of which look like what they market on their website or else I would just charge back with my bank. Being a terrible company, instead of making it right and doing the hard thing of actually delivering a nice bouquet, they refunded me the complete amount and ended the conversation abruptly.

THIS COMPANY IS DODGY
I wouldn’t even give this online business 1* if I could. I ordered flowers from this company last Saturday for my sister whose husband had just passed away. They cost me 120.95 and they were NEVER delivered. I have had no correspondence from this company yet the day I ordered them they took the money out of my account. The flowers I ordered were Elegance Flowers - Unforgettable size.

I was surprised by a flower arrangement for our 1 year anniversary. The arrangement was supposed to be delivered after 12. It was delivered before I got to work around 9:45 My wife said she ordered a medium arrangement the one I received looks small It was missing the teddy bear and chocolate And only refunded around $20 for the missing items . My wife paid over $100 for the arrangement. If someone from for you flowers would like to contact me I have the order number

DO NOT ORDER FROM HEREIn order flowers to be delivered yesterday and this did not happen. They arrived today and they were not what I ordered. Then talking to the client services team was just frustrating.The whole experience has been disappointing and a completely waste of money. Not happy at all and so embarrassed on what was delivered.

When I tried to lodge a complaint, the company falsely claimed they had attempted to contact me and refused to issue a refund, despite the fact that no product was ever delivered. Do not order from these scammers — their customer service is absolutely appalling.

Late delivery
The birthday cake that I've ordered three weeks before the date, was delivered two days later. I was really disappointed. But fromyouflowers have apologized and my order has been refunded.

Ordering process was understandable and easy. Delivery was as scheduled. However, I was not very satisfied with what was delivered compared to what was ordered. I ordered a large bouquet of pastels. The recipient received 2 orange carnations and a dark orange gerber daisy with some greenery.

If I could give this company a lower…
If I could give this company a lower star, I would! Absolutely awful service. I ordered flowers for my son for his birthday and they never delivered them. When I called to complain , they apologized and gave some lame excuse about no one being there when they attempted to deliver which was a lie because there was someone waiting all day for the delivery. They said they would deliver the next day and dropped off some flower arrangement not even close to what I ordered. I called again and received another apology and a promise they would deliver the correct order the next day. Well, they never bothered. I will be calling again for a full refund which I better get! This company SUCKS! Don’t waste your money with them.

Don't waste your time and money
Don't waste your time and money. They will always promise same day delivery and as soon as you pay they will send an email saying they have no flowers left. They will reschedule your delivery for a few days time which totally defeats the purpose of sending flowers as the occasion has passed. It's just a big call center and they have no idea if the local florist they are utilizing will have enough stock until after you have paid.

Sent some flowers to my wife's work for our anniversary on a Friday, Delivery never came, then they wont answer any emails or messages. Been weeks trying everyday to get a refund.
